The bug fix patch is here, and so many things have been fixed! It is named "Hoppy's PEUFED check", in honor of the flip Starhopper did when landing. PEUFED, of course, is the famed "Pointy End Up, Flamey End Down" check coined by Everyday Astronaut. It has even been used in official Go/No-Go polls, so it must be very important... ;) I hope you guys will enjoy Rocket Explorer much more now that these issues have been addressed! Onward and upward! Full list of bugs that have been fixed in this release:

• POTENTIAL fix for Valve Index and HTC Vive controllers... I'm really struggling with this one...
• Rockets not launching/lifting off, disappearing, or moving to where Starhopper lands.
• Various stages not falling away, but simply disappearing
• Statistics not swapping with the rockets in comparison
• Starhopper flipping over on landing
• GUI not scaling to ultrawide aspect ratios
• Rocket position not updating when changing configuration (Hangar)
• Settings not saving
• Starship Ship clipping into Booster
• Stages would not reset their position if changing rocket mid-staging
• Some buttons not updating correctly when launching rockets
• Being able to enter the "Configurations" panel while launching, and on rockets that do not have configurations
• Launch bug in VR
• Launching, going back, then entering the same rocket canceled the launch when it shouldn't
• Improved Camera Zoom in Photo Mode
• Fixed "Override Materials". This is what enables Reused textures and the alternate paint job for Electron. It was totally broken, now it isn't.
• Improved jumping
• Clouds not moving
• GSLV MkII staging error
• Starhopper missing exhaust
• Saturn I exhaust missing shader
• Single N1 first stage engine missing exhaust
• Clarified sources with Acronyms/Short names, eg. 'Space Exploration Technologies' now has '(SpaceX)' next to it
• R-7 Description was too long

NOTE: FOR PEOPLE USING macOS 10.15 (Catalina) AND ABOVE, I'M VERY SORRY ABOUT THE LACK OF SUPPORT. I will work on fixing this for future updates, but the issue lies in the current version of the game engine I am using. Upgrading to fix this causes its own array of problems that need to be addressed. I will look deeper into this for the next major release. I hope you understand.

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for giving Rocket Explorer so much love, and reporting all the issues you've found. I can't state enough how helpful this all is, and it just feels lovely. I am currently working on a patch that will fix most of the major issues, such as rockets not launching(!) and VR controllers not working. ':) (That second one is difficult for me, since I only own the one, Oculus, headset - so testing for the other headsets is incredibly difficult) I am also doing a lot of other work, and on top of it all I just started my 3rd semester in uni - I just want to say this, so you know why the patch didn't come out on day 1. I appreciate how patient you guys are, and that you are enjoying Rocket Explorer despite the bugs. I'll be working hard to make this thing as enjoyable and cool as possible from here on out!
