Hello fellow Crutarchs (had to change the noun), It's been a grueling few months retraining for the Unreal Engine but it's totally worth it. This second game is intended to be our long term "flagship" game and will continue to update it with new content and game modes. Since the technicals behind making a battle royale mode were much harder than the time we have available, we opted for a different FPS template that contained the polish and other game modes that would compliment a battle royale as mentioned in our live stream here: [previewyoutube=vgT6_Rh5jtE;leftthumb][/previewyoutube] We have a laundry list of things to work on while we still learn our way around the Unreal Engine but rest assured this game will be something special when all is said and done. We *will* implement battle royale in the future as that is still a top but tough priority. Be sure to wishlist the game at https://store.steampowered.com/app/1765040/Seditionis_Crutarch_Royale/ and it's free to play! We're going to launch with just a dozen dedicated servers in Phoenix Arizona to test, but we do plan on releasing European servers. At this critical juncture, we need to make sure we keep our expenses manageable so we don't go bankrupt like other beloved games. See you all on the other side!
Hello fellow Aeons! In case you're not staying up to date from our twitter, where we mostly post our updates, we've been retraining ourselves to code in Unreal Engine 4.26. Our next game is going to be a slower paced battle royale that relies on tactical movement and positioning while also playing aggressively and scoring "kills" to level up your skill tree. We want to make a different kind of BR that punishes you for bad decision making instead of twitch reflexes or unlucky rng. We still estimate a playable prototype within 3-6 months from now but depending on how difficult it is to setup the custom server logic, it could be sooner or later. Hopefully sooner. In the mean time, we at Dragonflare Studios hopes you are all doing very well. P.S. I also forgot to write that it will be free to play. We want to maximize the player base so it doesn't feel like a ghost town.
Hey everyone! Made the beginner tower cheaper and better damage along with perk point gain buffs. 1. Mg tower line (not plasma) reduced in cash credit price signficantly. 2. The first perk in the mg/plasma damage perk line grant a much bigger boost in damage (mg dmg 1, mg mk2 dmg 1, plasma dmg 1, etc). 3. Perk gain rate is now improved. Starts at 15 at wave 1 completed and goes up to 80 perk points gained per wave clear at max. This is up from 1 to 30.
1. Changed crypto mining perks and unit cash perks to reward significantly more cash per wave clear. 2. Changed the stun effect on missile towers in an attempt to bypass an enemy invincibility bug. Most enemies are stun immune anyway. 3. Added new ability: Trade 50 neutronium for $300,000 US credits

Naturally, some men have decided against this and have rebelled against the new galactic order. You play as a captain in the newly formed American nation and the empire will be arriving soon to wipe everyone out and make an example out of you so that the other nations won't "step out of line."
If a man is worthless, can he change?
Dev note: This is my first video game ever made, and I decided to make a tower defense game because it was the simplest thing I could learn to code and get my "feet wet" with becoming a video game developer. I'm using a streaming tv series script that I've been writing and working on since 2008 (and continue to do so) as the base story for the entire Seditionis franchise.
I certainly hope you will get value out of this game as I continue to embark on what I hope will be a fun and meaningful video game career. I've been wanting this for a long time and I just can't wait for all the lights to turn "green". If you like this game, please review it and consider purchasing the music soundtrack DLC to help support my next game.
There will be big plans for sure, but one step at a time.
