You'll get a chance to meet new characters, help them out and, ultimately, create the garden of your dreams. Unfortunately, the focus on storytelling means that we are moving away from the Sandbox perspective: while you will be able to decorate your islands the way you want to, the part where all buildings are unlocked only becomes available after you complete most of the game.
