Hello everyone, We're looking forward to sharing a new and improved version of Crooks Like Us with you all as a demo during the Steam Festival next week!! We thought we'd let you know in advance what cool new things you can expect to try out.

Introducing New Gamemodes - Selected Before Starting the Game:

• Free For All - the standard game mode from before, earn as much money as you can before time runs out, win the most to win
• Teams - standard game mode but with teams
• First to 25k - standard game mode but the first to reach a cumulative score of 25k wins the game and ends the game early - adds a lot of tension
• Stack Race - only one item spawns at a time, your stack cannot break from tilting too much, first to get a stack of 10 wins the game
• Last Crook Standing - you get 5 lives, you lose a life when hit by a flying object or when dashed into, you lose when youve got 0 lives, be the last crook alive to win
• Capture The Flag - "Crooks" "Like" "Us" logo pieces spawn throughout the level, grab those items anywhere in your stack in the correct order ("Us" at the bottom, "Crooks" at the top) to get a point

Levels Now Have Mini Puzzles to Get Access to a Safe

• Break the safe open by tossing it on the ground to get access to a bronze statue worth 5k
• The jewellery shop level has a safe behind a laser wall which can only be opened with a guard - throw a knocked out guard at the lasers, or have one on your stack to open the laser wall
• The temple level has a button which requires a certain stack height to lower a pillar to get access to a safe

Some More New Features and Improvements...

• Rockets, anvils and bananas now leave decals to show how destructive the crooks are
• You can now dash with a stack to make a quick turn to help with maneuvering and dodging
• You can now throw items from your stack one at a time to give you more chances to hit someone
• You can now throw things into the back of the van - but you only ever get a 1x multiplier for that
• The lights out gadget now has a cool green nightvision effect
• The punch wall is improved
• The valuable golden statue in the safe worth 10k can now be broken into two pieces worth 5k each, so be careful not to drop it
• Improved controller support
