Hello everyone, sorry for the late update this week and also will be next week. Update Version 1.1.9 includes a few new additions to the game! Added: Door animations! That's right, I am finally on my way to animating the game properly. It's a small step towards a finished look. Added: Discounts! You can now add discounts to any item in the game, so enjoy it also affects value and appeal. Added: Display fridge! You can now add cold items into your shop including dairy and frozen foods. Added: A no collision queue! This currently only works for characters opening doors, they will just queue up at the door until it opens! *Value is now rounded up to two decimal places! Overhauled the stockpile system to work better it is still a bit buggy just mind those bugs for now and if you see any weird ones just chuck them into the bugs discussion please. Added: Spawning Cooldowns. Customers will no longer spawn on each other instead they have a 1 second gap between them. Known issues: Some shelves will randomly hold 30 max items, In a new game when getting a new location and heading into it without saving first money will be 0, Saving in a different location from Tahmoor will make that location override the Tahmoor save and Tahmoor will be lost (working on it). Hello everyone, Sadly the 1.1.9 update for retailer tycoon is going to be delayed further into this week as there are some really bad annoying bugs in this updated version. The bugs mostly happened to the overhaul of the stockpile system. This should be fixed in a matter of days thank you for your patience. steamthumbsup
Hello all,
This update includes some brand new features and tools that adds to the campaign mode. Also, if you have found a bug or glitch please report it to the discussion page here or if you have any suggestions for new features of this game post it in the suggestions discussion thread here.
Now to the changelog:
added: Zones (including staff zone, staff room zone, delivery zone)
What do the zones do? well kind of nothing at the moment but delivery zones can be unplaced and placed along any roadside, staff zone does not let customers into or through that zone.
added: Limits!
You will now see when entering a new career mode save that there are now areas sectioned off like this:
You cannot place or destroy anything in these zones, when you want to unlock a new room you will have to open management then click on the new button at the bottom of that menu to purchase new rooms, just to add to the difficulty steamhappy.
added: Deconstruct furniture button
Pretty helpful, it will only destroy furniture and not tiles or zones!
added: Value to items
This is a new import item to the game where your items will be valued, and customers don't like high value, the lower the value the better! If your interested it is simply calculated:
item cost - item price (as positive number) / the amount of shelves holding that item.
added: Cheats and a console
Okay so if you want to cheat you can now open the console with ctrl + shift + S. There are only two commands right now but useful (i guess).
commands:
rt_money [amount]
this will add that amount to your money
rt_time [value]
this will set the time to that value eg: rt_time 540 this will set the time to 9:00am (9*60=540)

Hey all, this is kind of more major then a minor update but oh well. This update brings so much playability to the game with things like price management, a sandbox map, thieves, Massive bug fixes, a logo creator and more! A couple of updates lie between now and release one being actually fun to play! Also a trailer has been made for this game bringing it even closer to release! Not all of these features are in this update and will come out on the 0.9.1 update Full Changelog:
