Major Quality of Life Improvements

Greeting Knights! We are now just over a month into the launch of Gallantry. Some of you Jousters have made a few suggestions for improvements and we have listened.

Team Mate Selection

The selection screen now allows players to select their preferred team mate by way of key presses. As the lance is directed by the mouse it can be frustrating clicking on one of your teammates in order to select their skill so instead players may now press the corresponding key to select their skill. The key strokes correspond to the character position so 1 for your squire, 2 for your smith, 3 for your priest and 4 for your wife.

Music

Music would dynamically change for jousts but the change occurred at the end of the sound track meaning a quick joust might not see the music change for their joust. Now music will change the second you enter a tournament so you can be appropriately revved up.

Rebalance

A lot of the equipment has now been rebalanced so that your preferred load-out will be more effective against all foes. You will still be more effective if you match your equipment to your opponent however.

Bug Fixes

A handful of bugs popped up after people got out into the lists and we have made sure to address all of them immediately. There are also a handful that popped up in my own playtime which will be squashed in this patch. Enjoy and get Jousting!
