* Recent game update comes with a few fixes. Hopefully if you've had any glitches affecting your transition to the final scene, this will fix that. And if you've had difficulty launching the game on the Mac OSX platform, a small fix I've implemented hopefully fixes that as well.

* Work on Pickleball Passion is coming along. I've been busier than I'd hoped, but I still aim to release this game late next year. I also plan to have an official announcement and steam game page coming up before the end of the year. And in this announcement I'm pleased to introduce you to one of the new characters from the follow up to Slave Application:

In other news, work on my follow up game has progressed nicely. I thought I'd share a teaser screenshot from the games "battle system". I've been hard at work producing renders and programming the game. It is definitely a more ambitious undertaking and I am glad to announce that the game's native resolution will be 1920x1080, a much higher resolution as you can see in this screen shot.

This patch includes a fix to a bug that caused the Automaton not to level up. This should alleviate a lot of the pressure applicants may have been facing before hand!

For those who are less interested in the battle system, I have added an option at the beginning of Chapter 1 to enable "Wimp Mode". By opting into this mode, players will still be able to experience all of the game's content as usual while breezing through the training battle sections with powerful ability shards already installed onto a very powerful default Automaton.

To all applicants, I just wanted to also say how much I appreciate your patience with me if you have had to put up with bugs or errors while playing the game. If you do experience any difficulties please do let me know and I'll do my best to fix the problems!

Hello fellow slavelings!

Today I am shipping another big update. It includes several quality-of-life changes, bug fixes, and new content. It is called the Judy Update, and Judy would like you to introduce yourself to her in her endgame DLC content.



Like the Alice DLC before, to access Judys content you will have to be playing on a save that has already had an accepted application. By becoming accepted, your class will change from applicant to slave, and you will enjoy the perks of having been a slave by being allowed to be rented out to Mistress Gs clientele.

This update should make your path towards being accepted a little less arduous, though still very punishing. The special options menu now features tutorial videos that should ease newbie applicants into the process.



The Shrine room now features a fully functioning teleportation mechanic, allowing applicants to travel back to previous chapters if they feel the need to power up their automaton a little more before reaching the more challenging training foes.
Shopping trips are now purchased from the shop. This should give applicants a clearer picture of what theyll need to do to fully satisfy Mistress G.



Through extensive playtesting, I found that the Judy update featured some game breaking bugs. Unfortunately as a one-person team I do not have the resources to fully playtest everything a game like this has. Still, I regret if anyone has had their game ruined by these bugs so I am going to make available in this update a special code. Enter this code from the code menu in the shrine room to enjoy the presence of Alice and Judy even during battles. These codes are limited time only, so enter the codes in now so your save files can have them for as long as you have the game.

This is most likely going to be the last major content update. The game is in the best state it has been in. However, if anyone runs into any other bugs, feel free to let me know and Ill fix them.

For those who were hoping that I'd be able to add steam achievements, I am sorry. I tried to but I wasn't able to figure it out. There's like one resource I could find on how to do it, and I couldn't get it to work. If anyone has any experience getting steam achievements on RPG MV engine games, do let me know.

As for steam cards and those types of items, I wish I could include them too. But since my game is considered to be a lower tier game, that option hasn't been made available to me. Maybe in the future I will be able to, but for now that is not a possibility.

From here on out Ill be fully devoting my development time to a follow up game currently titled Pickleball Passion. It will be a sequel to Slave Application and will feature Judy as a main character. It will have a sports theme and will feature fully simulated sports seasons for 8 hot sexy beings from lnc-II. The game play will simulate actual Pickleball gameplay in an RPG format. Today I would like to announce the release date for the free DLC, the 'Alice' update. It will be made available as a regular update to the game on 6/7.

The DLC will feature a very special session with 'Alice' a character that applicants may have met already in Chapter 4. She will be fully visible and rendered and ready for some real Adult-Only shenanigans.

This content will not be accessible immediately. In fact, players will have to have had at least one successful application in order to access this part of the application since it requires a fully devoted slave to do what Alice expects of her hired slaves.

In addition, players will have the opportunity to have their actions in battle be voiced with brand new voice work in both feminine and masculine styles.

Finally, I would like mention that one of the features being added to the game will allow players to insert codes for special content. The first available of which is the 'Pay Patronage' slave ability that will allow
players to make payments to Mistress G. in game, making her very satisfied. If you would like to be able to have access to the code to this ability, just sign up at any tier at SuBgames' Patreon. patreon.com/SuBgames

After this DLC, there will be one more final free DLC made available for all players as I begin devoting my resources full time to Pickleball Passion, the follow-up game to Slave Application.

I found a small bug that could sometimes cause an error to occur when opening certain +shard boxes. That should be fixed in this patch.

Work is still underway for an upcoming content patch that will introduce new chapters involving Alice and Judy respectively, and new renders for those characters. Look for this update to hit late May or early June!

I have decided to push out an update to the application today, ahead of release. This means that instead of releasing the whole update all at once, some of the new features and content will be coming out now with this update.

This update includes:
New Loot system (shard boxes now drop and can be opened from the menu screen or the battle item command)
New skill animations
Slight revamp to the elemental system
Option to travel to previous chapters from Shrine Room
Reaching over 50 TP now enables Mistress G's satisfied state, allowing for a chance for beneficial actions.
By purchasing shopping trips and level up Mistress G, she will gain increasing passive TP generation.
Replaced Mistress G's Oriental Outfit photos for improved ones (an entire new set!)

The main reason I felt the need to push this update now was after discovering a pretty bad bug that prevented players from earning the photo set for the second shopping trip when paying for it from chapter 3 onward. This would cause the player to essentially waste their money doing so. This bug should be fixed and all photo sets should be purchasable.

What isn't in this update but is planned to release in the major update:
Alternative chapter 5 and 6 content unlockable by a successful application. This will include 2 new characters and one photo set each to be unlockable.
Slave ability animations/sound effects

Unfortunately it has taken me this long to figure out how to release versions of Slave Application that should run on Mac OS X and Linux. I hope that this update will be of good news to some who might have been waiting for this! If anyone gives it a try, please let me know that it works since I have no access to these operating systems.

Today's patch fixes a few buggy abilities, such as the ability of higher level punisher bots to be able to KO Mistress G (what a naughty bot!). Also fixed how Mistress G might not be able to use an ability after demanding payment in battle.

Most of the fixes in today's patch are typo fixes to dialogue (jeeze how bad at English can I be!?).

Mistress G wanted me to post something about my exhausting journey programming her Slave Application. These last couple weeks have been super involved and now I would like to wish you all best of luck in your applications! (Or maybe not if you're planning to replace me among Mistress G's slaves!)
