First off, why the delay? I finally got COVID-19. The silver lining here is that most of the teams for the next few games already work remote, and Kittens in SF is basically 98% finished. Which sounds relatively easy, but I have never felt this lethargic and aimless with any other cold or flu that I've had the chance of catching. There are maybe fifteen minute windows where I feel good enough to work on the game, but then those pass and I can't even think straight. Even with those fifteen minute windows, my body is constantly fluctuating between extreme hot and extreme cold. I can't talk, I can't smell, and while I still retain my sense of taste, it's dull in most areas but extremely punctuated in others. It's super weird. But wait, it's not all doom and gloom! While the game may be delayed, it won't be delayed that long, as I'll be out of isolation next week and plugging away to get you, the general public, your yum-yums. At the very least, I'll probably take this time to finish up work on some future store pages so we can announce some new products in the interim. Who knows. If you can, please get vaccinated. I have a mild case, but knowing it is a mild case, I would not want anyone to experience a full-on case of COVID. Because I can't even begin to imagine what that feels like. I also am still deep in recovery from a prior surgery, so these two factors combined are..... not great. The Halloween Retail Season sale is still on if you feel so inclined.

The business of making holiday plays is good business, and once again, the Elsinore Empire has tasked Kit Marlowe and their theater crew with making a smash hit! "Twelfth Night" is to be the crown jewel of the Elsinore Holiday Network's tenth-anniversary, with the fate of capitalism in the balance!
Will there even be a holiday without holiday movies? Not if you can help it! Assemble your team of actors, train them, write the script and then put on the play to be broadcast into the homes of millions! Be careful, though, because depending on how you train your actors, how their personal lives are going, and so forth, personal grudges may spill out into the production! We wouldn't want that, now would we?
Set phasers to stun and get ready to engage (wrong genre but go with it I guess) in this visual novel/light management simulator! Take on the role of writer, director, and friend as you play over five acts, both with two phases: Real Time, and Twelfth Night.
Will you ruin friendships? Start relationships? Wreck lives? Go completely ham with your godlike power over this production? Only time will tell!
