Groov is officially part of the Steam Rhythm Fest!
Starting Monday, August 19th, Groov will be 60% off. Whether you are a new player and curious to check out a cult classic musical dual stick shooter, or you are an OG player from the Xbox 360 days and would like a copy of the game for your permanent collection, now is the time to buy!
Hello Groov players! With the 2021 Steam Award nominations going live, I would like to encourage everybody to please nominate us for Best Soundtrack! Any visibility for the game is always very much appreciated.
Version 1.3 has been released! The patch includes the following changes:
Global all-time leaderboards
Global monthly leaderboards
Improved display options including windowed mode
Additional bug fixes and improvements
I hope the global leaderboards will be a satisfying change for all Groov fans, old and new! Scores that have been submitted to your local high score list since the Version 1.2 update will be visible on the global leaderboards.
Thanks again to everybody who has submitted a user review, or feedback of any kind - keep it coming!
Hello Groov players! Hopefully you have been enjoying the game and the updates that have been released so far. If so, I am asking that you please leave a user review so more people can find the game! The industry has changed a lot since Groov was initially released, and we don't have quite the level of visibility we did back in 2009, so every review really helps spread the word.
Thanks so much for your support!
Julian (Groov developer)
Groov is a frenetic dual-stick shooter that makes you the conductor of an intergalactic jazz fusion orchestra. Every action in Groov has a musical reaction, and with three unique modes, randomized music, and powerups that slow down the song (and your enemies), no two playthroughs are ever alike!
