Improved the UI of the settings menu
Added an option to hide cursors from other players when playing online
Added an option to change the default display name in the settings
Added an option to cancel connecting to the server
Fixed players being kicked from the match if the host continued
Fixed a bug where online game would glitch if the start button was clicked repeatedly (thanks torcnein!)
Fixed a bug where the Mind Control powerup would get stuck when restarting a campaign level
Fixed a bug where playtesting a map and then creating a match would result in slots being pre-filled
Fixed the total match time not updating in online play
