Euryale's Gambit 0.8 Preview In EG 0.8, Euryale makes final preparations before leaving for San Francisco and eventually China to meet up with young Euryale and break the curse of apathy. Not everyone is glad to see them go and Spoons confesses what he knows about Euryale's true, forgotten identity.
Included in the update is a new prologue scene that sets up the plot visually and establishes Euryale's relationship with Elena, who she is trying to save by time travelling into the past. As the player, you will help Euryale decode the vision she received from a mysterious voice.

Euryale's Gambit (EG) is the story of a succubus who goes back in time to the 19th century United States in order to save the future from a dark fate. Join Euryale as she reunites with Spoons, an old friend, as they plan to end the practice of slavery before a divisive, deadly and immensely consequential war sets the future on a path towards destruction.

Euryale's Gambit takes place in a world different than the historic 19th century you were taught in school. In this world, supernatural entities exist including gods, angels, demons and succubi. Euryale will encounter many of these foes as she carries out the plan Spoons came up with. She will have to use her unique talents and succubus skills to overcome her enemies and achieve her objective.

Gameplay

EG is a visual novel with turn-based combat and choices that affect different scenes and Euryale's relationships with others. During combat, you will be able to defeat enemies either using physical attacks or by using succubus seduction. Based upon your choices in battle, Euryale can gain "lust energy" which fuels her defensive capabilities and other powers.
