Euryale's Gambit 0.8

In EG 0.8, Euryale makes final preparations before heading west to San Francisco and ultimately China. There's lots of dialog in this update as Euryale essentially says goodbye to the party that will stay in the Townsville camp. She won't see them again for several months. Euryale also has an important conversation with Spoons where he comes clean about who Euryale really is. Euryale's Gambit 0.8 Features:

New Achievements: "Bad Guesser" - prologue "Succubus Fodder" - Ashmedai Encounter "Grounded Goddess" - First plantation raid NOTE: We have received lots of feedback from the community and are working hard to address the criticisms and incorporate many of the suggestions/requests. One example is the Ashmedai bad ending, one scene we have added at the request of the community. As for criticisms we are also taking those into consideration. The extended prologue added in 0.8 is an example of steps to make the plot premise more clear. The world of Euryale's Gambit is not a simple world however, so we ask for patience as much of the world will be brought out and explained throughout the story. That said, we will continue to look for opportunities to clarify previous scenes and dialog where we can. Your feedback matters, so please let us know if there are parts of the story so far that are confusing or unclear. Also, drop a review if you like the game. We always appreciate being appreciated.

    • Euryale's Gambit (EG) is the story of a succubus who goes back in time to the 19th century United States in order to save the future from a dark fate. Join Euryale as she reunites with Spoons, an old friend, as they plan to end the practice of slavery before a divisive, deadly and immensely consequential war sets the future on a path towards destruction.

    Euryale's Gambit takes place in a world different than the historic 19th century you were taught in school. In this world, supernatural entities exist including gods, angels, demons and succubi. Euryale will encounter many of these foes as she carries out the plan Spoons came up with. She will have to use her unique talents and succubus skills to overcome her enemies and achieve her objective.

    Gameplay


    EG is a visual novel with turn-based combat and choices that affect different scenes and Euryale's relationships with others. During combat, you will be able to defeat enemies either using physical attacks or by using succubus seduction. Based upon your choices in battle, Euryale can gain "lust energy" which fuels her defensive capabilities and other powers.
