Point-defense weapons now attempt to spread out their fire across all nearby targets, instead of all focusing on the closest target
If you attempt to fire and none of your guns are able to fire, then you'll get a brief text flash to tell you why: out of range, out of ammo, or dead angle
Weapons that do not require lock-on to fire will now position their reticles over the target; this means that their reload status is easier to determine
Add some VFX to the dodge special
The camera now avoids clipping through terrain
Air-deployed torpedoes aren't quite as huge as they used to be; plane torpedoes and rockets deal less damage
Reduced cooldown on engine overdrive specials
Tweaked the appearance of mission targets on the radar
When ships spawn into the mission, they will flash on the radar for a few seconds
Bugfixes:
Hopefully fix a bug where the player would be unable to target ships that were deployed by a Super Typhoon (for example, in the mission "Lost Sheep"). If you encounter this bug again, please send feedback using F7 in-game!
The Deutschland cruiser has been demoted to tier 3, as was always intended
Fix a bug preventing the player from targeting targets that are positioned exactly at the middle of the map
Improved the behavior of homing projectiles; they should be less likely to hit the water directly in front of their targets
Fix the player still being able to target the submarine form of the Apotamkin after the battleship form has entered battle
Fix a bug preventing some mid-combat weapon config changes from being picked up
Fix a bug preventing the weapon config UI from reliably coming up mid-combat
The weapon config UI sorts weapons by what group they're in
The description of the crane part now notes that cranes do not stack
Fixed some rendering issues with projectiles that use trail effects, especially the Heavy Light laser and railgun
Improved performance of missions with lots of shore guns in them
Fix a couple of stray black lines in the German flag

This release adds two new missions. The first is a standard story mission and takes place after "Hunter, Hunted". The second is a bonus Halloween mission, and must be unlocked by first beating "Quetzalcoatl". If you've already beaten that mission, you'll need to re-complete it (using the "Win Mission" assist counts). Feedback on both missions is welcome! Gameplay:
