The fifth event of Season 2 of the Surfing World Tour concluded at Trestles in San Clemente, California, with JDR maintaining his dominance in the Top 50 division, finishing ahead of Cabral and BVitalo. Masacrador13 secured a narrow victory over BurgerTime in the Pro Qualifier division, while Gnargull and Pozzibon claimed wins in the Pro 1 and Pro 2 divisions, respectively. With just three events remaining, JDR retains the overall lead in the Top 50 division, with Cabral moving up to second place ahead of BVitalo. The Pro Qualifier division remains tightly contested, with Masacrador13 holding a slim one-point lead over BurgerTime. The competition now shifts to Lagundri in Indonesia for the next event.
