The map of Eastern half of the USA and parts of Canada - build tracks from port cities - new rules!

Detailed Rules of Map:

• There has been added black goods and cities.
  
• Densely arranged cities and towns often occupy adjacent hexes. You can connect adjacent cities with a new token (cost $3).
  
• You can start building rails from the cities marked as harbours. This forces strong interaction from the 1st round! You can also build from the cities with tracks later.
  
• There are two kinds of mountains on the map. Hills which cost +$2 and high mountains costing +$3.
