Path of Kamo Demo Update v3.0.0 with ports to Linux + Localization!


Hello everyone! Hope the weekend has been safe and relaxing. We're excited to share that we have pushed an update to Steam for the Path of Kami Demo Windows build and have added the demo to Linux! We originally were planning on adding mac as well but it has turned out to be more difficult than we thought! We are still trying to make it happen though, will keep everyone updated! We got quite a few updates in this build, you can check out the deets below:

Bug Fixes/Performance enhancements


  • Removed functionality that made credit menu close automatically with button click
  • ALT + Tab crashing game when in fullscreen mode
  • General performance enchangements

We plan on doing a patch to add and improve localization for Spanish (Latin) and French with additional bug fixes. Path of Kami is a relaxing puzzle exploration game following the spirit of recently-deceased Japanese wolf Kazeyo as he navigates the trials of the Mortal and Spirit World through puzzles. He is accompanied by Wisp companion who is there to guide him on his journey. Path of Kami contains elements of both traditional Japanese folktales (Momotaro, Issun-Boushi), as well as a more personal journey for the main character.

The prologue features a portion of Kazeyo's journey through the Mortal realm and an introduction to the Path of Kami world!
