I'm secretly hoping that it will be the last of the cursed 1.2 chain.

- Do not capture the mouse on Linux.
- Add a fade out after starting a Daily Run.
Bug fixes/technical stuffs
- Fix the dreadful ghost bullets. Remember when a Homing Missile disappeared without any reason? Well, no more. We expect. We hope?
- Fix the Daily Run starting without weapons or upgrades, even if the panel said otherwise.
- Fix the invisible label on bonuses and upgrades on some screen resolutions.
- Fix the gap between text and the capsule on some bonuses on some screen resolutions.
- Fix a bug with the resolutions in the Settings.
