Two fixes have implemented in this silent update, they will address some critical issues, for those who can't launch the game, try to re-install. It may work after doing so.
If you still encounter launch errors, try, at least in the meantime, to make sure your anti-virus does not block Easy Anti Cheat, or, Element Quest.
