The development of Warstone is coming to its end. We made the DLC. We translated it to all languages.Now we are finishing polishing the game. Anyway, we added 2 new features with this update.
First one is the ability to play co-op levels in solo. A lot of players asked for this for a long time. It was an uneasy task, but our programmer could make things work. Just create a co-op mission and click the start button. Now anyone can finish them If they couldn't find a mate to beat co-op missions. Go get all Steam achievements!
Secondly, we added Hell+ mode feature. We made this option for hardcore players who find Warstone too easy game. When you start a game on Hell difficulty then write hell+ xxx in chat. Where xxx is a number from 300 to 5000. So if you write hell+ 5000 then health of enemies will be set to 5000% from default. Try to complete the first mission when the usual boar has 750 health. Can you beat? We sure you can. Enjoy!
Finally, we added improved font style for Polish localisation and improved tower attacks. Now ranged units finish their attack if the targeted unit leaves the attack area.
Bug fixes
We are finishing polishing the game. In that update we checked and fixed all bugs which had been reported. So it's kinda of a pre-final version. We are going to gather bug reports for another month. We will upload the last update after that. So, if you see any kind of bug, please report about it in the forum. Help us make Warstone bug free and send it to a well-deserved pension.
- When the player starts Astral, The Dark Forest, Secret Level missions on Hell then enemies have 200% of health instead of 300%.
- Fixed the bug when items on Spanish were mistakenly misplaced with Portuguese.
- Amplification ability (Sorceresses and Demigoddesses ability) works in AoE now.
- Sorceresses and Demigoddesses can target air units now.
- Mystic casts his Mystic ball properly now. Fixed animation and effect. Changed cast delay. Added impact special effect.
- Location of output_log file was changed. Now if the game breaks the system message appears with a hint how to find it.
- Fixed the bug when constant clicking on a single unit prevented certain towers from attacking.
- First wave of Valley Survival was fixed. It contained several Troll Blademaster by mistake.
- Added an icon to a sheep unit (Demigoddess ability).
- Ice Whirlwind scroll no longer affects mines (Destroyer ability).
- Valley map now have proper icons for entry and exit points in all 3 game stages (Campaign, Challenge, Survival).
- Fixed the bug when Nechai's Flower blocked 1 SP from quests even if there were no quests with SP reward. The problem is a hidden quest for getting 75 stars. It is a visible quest now.
- Added 2 more New Challenges quests in the list of quests for Nechai's Flower.
- Fixed the bug when Betelgeuse lost his health after casting Astral Spikes ability.
- Fixed the bug when icons on runes were slightly displaced.
- Added a sound for purchasing gold ability (Warlord skill).
- Elemental Spirit and Warriors now finish an attack even if the targeted unit left the attack area.
- Attack projectile of Sorceresses and Demigoddesses was visually improved.
- Explosion effect of Wonder Beetle was improved.
- Fixed the bug when a unit which was teleported with a spell from/to warstones didn't lose/get a warstone buff.
- Fixed descriptions of Astral Warriors and Defender Spirit spells in English and Russian.
- Added sound for a hit of Rushana Magic Arrow ability.
- Added sounds to purchasing items in the Treasurer's shop.
- Added sound to using items in the backpack.
- Added sound to Nechai reborn.
- Fixed the bug when some visual effects under Dwarfs tower could be seen.
- Fixed the bug with a visually broken tutorial at The Battle on the Meadow when playing with 4k game screen resolution.
- Fixed the bug when a player could see the third cell of the treasurer market with no item inside in the start of the mission.
- Improved visuals of Double Spiral mission.

- Fixed the bug when the DLC promo banner can't be closed when a player played with low game screen resolutions.

- Icons of Beetle and Royal Beetle were misplaced with each other.
- Fixed the bug when the last built building still appeared in the construction menu.
- Ordeal misson now have proper icons for entry and exit points in all 3 game stages (Campaign, Challenge, Survival).
- Fixed the bug when sheep turned into black models.
- Items in the backpack in the mission are shown properly now. They were slightly displaced.
- Fixed the bug when playing some co-op levels (Olymp, Horrors of the Dark Forest, Round Dances) led to a sudden drop from the level !!!
- Fixed the bug when buying new maps in Hot Air Balloon could open not three modes.
- Frozen stone in the Olymp map works properly.
- Fixed a lot of bugs in the Old School map.
- Fixed some bugs which could lead to a stuck in the end of a co-op mission.
- Fixed the bug when single maps didn't start with socket.dll option after playing co-op missions.
- Fixed the bug when The thunderstorm sound keeps playing on the home screen after a mission has ended.
- Fixed the bug when playing co-op game with Auto City mode ON could occur a stuck the game in the end of mission.
Bug fixes of Patch#1
- Bug with broken campaign PvP missions was fixed.
- Bug with Stone Explosion spell should be fixed.
- The bug when players couldn't start wave in solo co-op mission was fixed.
- The bug when player couldn't create co-op solo mission of Challenge and Survival difficulty was fixed.
- The bug with rounded lifebars was fixed (after that the game was completely unplayable)

Features
- 7 basic units, with a further 15 available as upgrades!
- Intriguing story with beautifully drawn artwork.
- 3 Vastly different Classes for you to choose from: Warlord, Sorcerer, and Treasurer. Over 70 different skills in all!
- Diverse array of spells: Firewall, Lightning, Meteor Shower, Titan's Fist, Summon Elemental, Poisonous Cloud, Transmutation, and more! Only 4 spells can be brought into battle though, so choose wisely!
- Multiple different game modes: Classic, Challenge, Survival, Maze, Hero Defense, Attack/Defend (Also used in PvP,) and Co-op missions.
- Upgrade Defenders in the workshop! Multiple upgrades with several tiers for each defender. More upgrades become available as you build and improve your town.
Gameplay
Unlike regular Tower Defense games, Warstone TD has a unique method of summoning defenders (towers). You start with a fairly empty map and a few stones where you can place defenders. As the level progresses, more stones appear and some even drop from enemies, allowing you to place them in any valid position on the map. Powerful Warstones also appear occasionally which give significant bonuses to defenders standing on them. You can summon any of the 5 basic defenders on the stones: Peasant, Archer, Rifleman, Sorceress, and Elemental. Each basic defender has its own upgrade path, damage type, gold cost, and special abilities!Warstone TD also has 2 extra base units only available for use in attack/defense missions, the Eagle and the Wolf. Each have branching upgrade paths, like the basic defenders. With such a variety of defenders and game classes there is a huge amount of tactics in PvP battles, increasing replayability even further!
There are 30 story missions and each mission has 3 modes: Campaign, Challenge, and Survival. The player can choose the difficulty of each mission from 4 settings: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Nightmare. Each mode has a unique achievement which gives a star when completed, the color of the star corresponds to the difficulty of the mission: gold for Nightmare, silver for Hard, and bronze for Normal. Levels have a lot of possible solutions but, with so many combinations, you're going to need to perfect your strategy to master them. And just in case you forget how awesome you are, there's an online leaderboard, which tracks your score, both in Campaign mode and PvP. Compete with your friends, or enemies!
Class system
After you progress through the first 4 missions in the campaign, you are able to choose a class to augment your abilites in battle. The classes are non-linear, you can pick and choose skills from any class, but you have to focus on a class if you want to get the most powerful skills.- The Mighty Warlord greatly increases the effectiveness of your army! He improves the power and abilities of your defenders, can unleash the power of stone to help in battle; allowing placement of stones to slow nearby enemies, or give you a surge of mana and gold. He also has skills which allow your defenders to level up in battle, becoming more powerful with each successive rank.
- The Cunning Treasurer's weapon is gold! He is a master of item storage, able to fit an improbably large number of items into his backpack, and find many more scrolls and even potions during battles. Everything he does is for gold! He is able to increase bounty for enemies killed, make his own defenders cheaper, and eventually can even get a powerful spell that allows you to transmute an enemy into pure gold! With all of these abilities, the Treasurer can field a much bigger army than any other class.
- The Powerful Sorcerer is able to complete levels using only spells! He can bring up to eight spells into battle, increasing flexibilty greatly. His skills revolve around buffing spell effectiveness, regenerating mana, unlocking more powerful spells, and he can even transform units into mana. Among the spells the sorcerer can unlock are: Summon Elemental, Reduction; which shrinks and debuffs monsters, Meteor Shower, and Teleportation; which allows you to teleport defenders to any available stone on the map.
