We have received an abundance of positive feedback regarding the Warstone soundtrack. It is available in a special DLC along with 30 artbook pages and contains 14 beautiful tracks with 35 minutes of total length. Warstone was released more than 5 years ago. We have worked diligently on our new games, and they are both nearing their release. Age of Defense and Guards II are set to be released in Q1 of 2024. Let's delve into more details about them.

Age of Defense is a casual tower defense game set in the backdrop of ancient eras.

We've dedicated five years to the development of this game, overcoming numerous challenges along the way. Currently, the game stands at 95% completion, with only the addition of sounds and bug fixes remaining.

We put our souls into that title. The game features five intricately designed and unique worlds, each with its own bestiary. The culmination of each world is marked by an epic Boss Battle. We've crafted a compelling storyline for the game, complemented by eight minutes of animated cartoon videos to narrate it.



Players are presented with a choice among 24 towers and 5 spells as they defend against hordes of monsters. Our design incorporates over 100 distinct monsters, offering an extensive array of content.

Additionally, Age of Defense boasts a substantial skill tree, featuring over 80 skills in total, all crafted in the style of cave paintings.

The soundtrack, a formidable task undertaken by four different composers, comprises 18 tracks. The challenge lay in the scarcity of references for this particular moment in Earth's history, compelling us to pioneer and create a unique musical atmosphere for the game.



In essence, we aspire for Age of Defense to make a significant mark in the TD genre. Currently in Early Access, the game is available at a substantial discount. It's worth noting that the game's core elements won't change in the Full release, making this an excellent opportunity to dive in.

Guards II: Chaos in Hell is a sequel to our first game.

At a certain juncture, our producer found himself with an abundance of free time and decided to embark on the creation of another game. Forming a new team, we dedicated two years of hard work, leveraging our collective game development experience to expedite the process. As of now, the game stands at 95% completion, with only the tasks of crafting the music and finalizing localizations remaining.



Guards I originated as a side project when our main programmer fell ill. Leveraging the graphics and sounds from Warstone, we managed to create a new game swiftly. Guards marked our debut on Steam Greenlight and the first game we shipped to Steam.

However, being our initial endeavor, Guards I exhibited some significant flaws. Learning from this experience, during the development of Guards II, we addressed these issues and implemented better design decisions, resulting in a game that is nearly flawless. With the addition of numerous new mechanics, Guards II feels like an entirely new and impressive game.

The gameplay is seemingly simplejust swap two heroes to make a turn. However, the mechanics are remarkably intricate. Players are compelled to make crucial decisions to sustain their progress. The core concept encourages forward-thinking, resembling a tiny chess game, as some players have noted.

Furthermore, the game unfolds across five distinct underworlds: Egyptian, Asian, Nordic, Slavic, and Christian Hell. This diverse setting introduces players to a plethora of mythological creatures, while the ambiance is enriched by 12 captivating tracks.

Final version 2.13 is available now!



Hello Dear players,

Finally, we are releasing the last update for Warstone. It contains nothing new but a huge list of fixed bugs. We always wanted to make Warstone immortal, so we spent so much time on polishing it.

We really happy what we brought development of the game to its logical end. It was a great adventure. Development of Warstone began in 2013 as a game for social networks. It evolved later into PC game (thanks to Steam Greenlight). There was a 1 year of Early Access with adding a lot of new stuff to the game. Long awaited release was in 2018. We participated in 2 Steam Daily Promo and had a part in one of Humble Bundle Monthly. We temporarily stopped development of other game to complete Astral Voyage DLC. We translated whole game to 9 other languages. We spent several months to port the game and make full Offline mode. Finally, we fixed all bugs we found. So we proudly send Warstone to its endless independent journey with faces full of happiness.

We are still there. The game should be in perfect state. BUT if you will meet a nasty bug which doesn't let you play the game with joy - let us know. We are ready to release hot fixes for the next month.

Also, we added an option to start the game in Windowed mode with selected screen resolution. A lot of people asked for that. Finally, we revised Mac. It works OK.

  • Fixed a critical bug when progress wasn't saved sometimes after completion of a mission.
  • Fixed the bug with Chinese version of the game when Chinese players couldn't change game mode to Online. It occurred a bug when they were forced to play Offline with another save data, so they thought their progress is lost.
  • Added 50 more starting gold to On the March mission.
  • Fixed a critical bug when player couldn't close story window for building a workshop after second mission.
  • Hell+ command now works in Offline mode.
  • Fixed a bug with a recall bar (selling a tower) was displayed wrong when playing with 2560*1440 screen resolution.
  • Spell had wrong cooldowns. Base mana regeneration was broken. It was fixed. (Offline mode).
  • Fixed a bug when resetting skills sometimes could lead to SP lose. (Offline version).
  • Co-op maps in Hot Air Balloon can be purchased now. (Offline version).
  • Encyclopedia works fine now. (Offline version).
  • Goblet (Rating menu)is disabled on Offline version.
  • Items which reduced manacost works properly now. Previously they gave double bonus (Offline mode).
  • Fixed the bug when tower had flat 0-1 extra damage bonus when player played on the Server.
  • Resource bubble appears after completion missions. Previously they appeared only after game restart.
  • Duration of stun of Wonder Beetle was slightly increased.
  • Fixed a critical bug with crashing the game when player started a wave when no stones are placed but Slowing Stones skill learnt. (Offline mode).
  • Slowing Stones skill uses right amount of stones now. (Offline mode).
  • Fixed a bug when abilities of towers was shown in PvP summoning menu. For example, Novice had Slow ability.
  • There were 2 quests for getting 25 stars. Amount of Stars for Star Hunter quest was reduced from 25 to 10.
  • Visual fixes of Heart of Corruption mission.
  • Visual fix of one special effect of Thunderstorm spell.
  • Fixed a bug when Economist skill visually didn't reduce prices in Treasurer's market.

  • Scenario on Forest Edge mission can not be broken now.

  • Fixed a bug when Shieldmaiden had more levels of Chakram upgrade when it should have.

  • Last 3 levels of Final blow upgrade didn't worked for Mystic. Last 4 levels of damage upgrade didn't work for Deathmongers.
  • Fixed a bug when a sound for researching an upgrade was played twice.
  • Fixed a bug when Space button didn't start new wave.
  • Resource buildings was working but didn't show hint bubble when resources are ready to collect.
  • Animation of loading window was fixed.

Version 2.12 is here now!



Hello there,

We are keeping polishing Warstone TD. It is pre-final version now. There won't be any new features. We are going to fix remaining bugs.

We added Steam Cloud Saves during development of 2.11 version. It had a big flow what players couldn't keep save files on their PC. So, we made an another system in 2.12. The game uses PC save file as priorited. If there is no save file on the PC (player deleted it or reinstalled game) then the game will download it from Steam Cloud. Now players can keep and share their save files whatever they want and do not fear to lose their progress.

Also, we made Offline mode is default for Chinese players, because they are having troubles often playing Online.



[h2]Gameplay Changes[/h2]
We revised whole game and made a lot of small tweaks in mission wave fulfillment. Some waves got easier, some got harder. It should make overall difficulty curve of the game is more linear.


  • Damage of Witcher was increased by 2. Damage of Inquisitor was increased by 3-4.
  • Scream ability of Chiroptera gives 2 bonus armor instead of 3 now.
  • Difficulty of first four missions of the story were slightly weakened. Because we fixed a bug with extra 0-1 damage to all towers and it affected early levels a lot.
  • The Forest of The Amazons. We reduce amount of air enemies in later waves. Added extra divine stone.
  • In the Vicinity of the Temple. Two last waves got easier. Added 3 stones to the drops in the top line.
  • Crossroads. Added 4 divine stones to the drops after Wave 10. Previously player has got much more gold when he could spent.
  • Small improvements of wave fulfillment of next missions: Ordeal, The Dark Forest, The Outpost. Added some Stones and scrolls to drop rewards. Some waves were weakened.
  • Fight to the Death was weakened (later waves). Armor of Boomba was weakened by 2. Added more mana balls and Rend scrolls to the drops.
  • Added 25 gold to the starting gold on On the March mission.
  • Difficulty of Piedmont missions was reduced in certain waves. Added more scroll drops.
  • Difficulty of Spirits Gorge was slightly increased.
  • Difficulty of certain waves of Magical Gem was dramatically reduced. This map was kinda imbalanced.
  • Starting gold of The Valley mission was increased by 75. Starting waves were weakened. Later waves got buffed.
  • The Final mission. First waves got stronger. Later waves got easier. Boss was nerfed at all waves.


[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]

  • Fixed the bug when some Skill Points can be lost after resetting Skill tree (Offline Version).
  • Fixed the bug when players didn't get currency for Hot Air Balloon (Offline Version).
  • Spirit's Gorge is playable now (Offline Version).
  • Quest and Steam Achievement for playing 1 PvP battle is automatically completed now. (Both versions).
  • Lost Soul mob has proper icon now.
  • Player can't research upgrades of the barrack which is not opened yet now.
  • Some fixes in the text of English comics.
  • Removed a sound of starting new wave when the last mob appeared in Survival missions.
  • Comics about losing in PvP were placed correctly.
  • Mines of Destroyer can't be selected now.
  • Scorch Elemental as a mob has a proper icon now.
  • Fixed the wrong parameter in info text of Block ability (Troll Champion)
  • Fixed tooltips of English localization for tooltip bubbles of info panel (Attack range and etc.)
  • Fixed typo in the text of Sorcery upgrade.
  • Knight Templar no longer hits air units in the Final mission.
  • Corrected numbers in the building preview for economic buildings.

Version 2.11 is available now!



Hello there,
We have great news. Our programmer worked hard during last months. And he did it. He ported all server code to the client code. So, in this update we have added a complete offline version of the game.
It is a really solid work. It is like to write whole game code from the beginning, because he moved the code from one programming language to another one. He spent more than 400 man hours and more than 4 months in total. We did it, because A LOT of players asked for full offline version. So, here it comes!

Offline mode works as you would play alone in the server and this server is located on your PC. It means, you do not need internet connection at all. There is no lags and no delays. You can move your save_file whatever your want to continue playing.

You can move from Offline to Online version of the game at any time in the main menu. These versions use different save files, so you won't lose your progress if you want to try Offline version. If you want to move your progress from Online version to Offline version - write in the forum.

There is no multiplayer in Offline version. You still can play co-op missions in solo. Also, offline accounts don't participate in leaderboards.



Also, we started making a new guide with all info about game mods and hidden features. It is still in a progress. We are going to finish it in the next update. Section about repetitive rewards are completely finished for now.

You can help us with your ideas what we should add to this guide also.

Original game (online version) is almost bug-free. We have only 20 tasks in our track list. Most of them are so small, so you can't even notice it. We are working on fixing them.

Offline version requires a lot of testing and checking. Basically, it feels like we should test every spell, item, upgrade, ability and check/fix it. So, you can help us with your bug reports. It will speed up the development, so complete bug-free version will come sooner. Thanks in advance.



[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]


  • Fixed a bug when towers dealt extra 0-1 damage with each attack. It affected early missions dramatically. So, the game should be a little tougher in the beginning.
  • We replaced Russian text on the pointer in Mission 1 to the saw icon.
  • Now if a player have not enough mithril in the market it shows "Not enough mithril" text hint instead of "Not enough gold".
  • Fixed a typo in comics after Crossroads mission.
  • Fixed the bug when special effects of Ancestral Spirits on Monks, Predators, Sorcerers was turned at wrong direction.
  • Fixed the typo in the hint about attack speed on English.
  • Betelgeuse's ability which kills a unit with crystals now works only at 1 target. it could kills several towers close to each other.
  • Fixed the bug when archer with skills on attack range started attacking Nechai's troops in "For The Love" mission.
  • Changed the text of "Can you give me combat advice". Now it tells that you can focus your towers with right click also.
  • Fixed a typo in "beatiful" word in the dialogue about portal stone.
  • Removed identical rewards from quests. "Speed aura" and "Weakening" upgrades were given twice.
  • Fixed 2 typos in the dialogue about "Tell me more about Warlord's path."
  • Added missing title for Poison Daggers ability on English localization.
  • Improved text of Inborn talents upgrade.
  • Fixed the bug when boss name of Chapter 1 was written on Russian.
  • Improved texts of scenario in "In the vicinity of the temple" mission.
  • Added a sound for Gold Mine Level 2 building.
  • Improved text of dialogue "Who's the weird man with a guitar, or whatever it is? What does he want from me?".
  • Fixed the bug when Collect Gold and Collect wood bubbles didn't disappear while playing with Auto-city option.
  • Fixed the bug, when player had enough gold/wood for building Bunkhouse (quest after second story mission) without collecting taxes.

Hello there,

In this update we added Linux port (a lot people asked for it). We tested it, it works fine.
We are keeping polishing the game. So we fixed a lot of bugs. There will be 2 more updates for Warstone. Please, if you see any bug, report it in the bug thread in the forum. We try to fix it.

[h2]Game changes[/h2]


  • As you know the game has an option to command all units attack certain enemy. You need to make double left button click. Now we added an option to target units with a single right button click. It is more common in RTS and just easier to use.
  • We added all DLC comics to the Artbook DLC. Also, we placed them in the order of appearance. So now they are kind of a small story book with 99 pictures. Also we fixed all typos we found in comics (for all localizations).
  • We slightly improved efficiency of rune items. Defender Spirit now adds 150% bonus damage instead of 100%. Rune of Meteor deals 200 damage instead of 100.
  • Also we improved damage of Final Blow ability (Ninja) from 80/155 (min/max) to 100/250 (min/max).



[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
Thanks to all players who helped us with bug reports. Without your support we could find most of these bugs. Special thanks to Manxome, he wrote a huge post with a lot of info. For now we fixed all we could except 8 bugs. They require more time. They will be fixed in the next update. The game is almost in ideal state. Please, if you see any bug, report in the bug thread in the forum. We try to fix it.


  • We discovered that DLC missions on several languages had a missed translation. We fixed it. All text in missions should be translated on all languages now.
  • Fixed the bug when casting a spell above an item icon would result in the item being collected.
  • We found that Korean version missed 4 comics and Spanish version missed 1 comics. We added them to the game.
  • Fixed the bug when all abilities in Spanish used Portuguese text.
  • Casting a spell on a unit (as a tower) do not highlight the unit.
  • Fixed the bug when cast of Spirit of Stone Level 3 used two stones instead of one. Also, it has 5 seconds cooldown now to prevent a second cast on the stone in the process of transformation.
  • Fixed the bug when Enhanced Stone (Level 2 and 3) skill stunned enemies for 4 seconds instead of 8/12 seconds. Also we shortened title of this skill.
  • Fixed the bug with Unbreakable (Bomber), Fortification (Armadillo), Defensive Aura (Tamplier) abilities. They reduced armor instead of buffing it. Same about Level 8 of Protector ability (Knight).
  • Fixed the bug when Inquisitor with last damage upgrade got no extra damage at all.
  • Fixed the bug when an icon which leads to Chapter opened early than it was intended.
  • Star achievement description for Forest of Gloom (challenge) was corrected.
  • Added missing texts for skill descriptions in Portuguese: Mana Reserve, Electric Beetle, Assortment, Spirit of Stone, Wisdom.
  • Name of skill which gives user a spell of summoning Electric Beetle was changed on all languages. It was similar with Warrior Elemental and could be confused.
  • Corrected description of Tribute, Mysticism, Businessman skills on all languages.
  • Electric Beetle now has Spell attack ability icon. It had the ability but the icon wasn't shown.
  • Fixed the difference in Boot Camp (Mercenary) upgrade between description and actual effect.
  • Fixed the difference in Supernatural (Witcher) upgrade between description and actual effect.
  • Fixed the difference in the two last levels of Chakram (Shieldmaiden) upgrade between description and actual effect.
  • Fixed the difference in Dwarf Ingredient (Bombardier) upgrade between description and actual effect.
  • Fixed the difference in Jagged Kunais (Assassin) upgrade between description and actual effect.
  • Description of Bless (Priestess) upgrade of English and Korean localization was corrected,
  • Star achievement description of We Came in Peace (Survival) mission of German localization was corrected.
  • Fixed the bug when Resistance (Witcher) upgrade at 3 last levels didn't give any bonus.
  • Fixed the bug when Blacksmith Power (Bombardier) upgrade at 4 last levels didn't give any health bonus.
  • Fixed the visual bug on Fight to the Death mission where enemies didn't use "portal" animation in the end of the path.
  • Fixed description of Fire Glove item. It should be 150% instead of 150.

Version 2.09 is available now!



Hello there,

We are keeping polishing the game.
Our mate composer prepared awesome sounds for all DLC stuff. Unit attacks, mob deaths, abilities, special actions and etc. They are really cool. The game becomes for atmospheric with them. We hope you will like the game more with them.

Also, we slightly changed some sounds of Prophecy campaign. Like Stone aura spell, shoot sounds for Spirit Elementals. Added a sound for activation of Defender Spirit spell. We got player reports and made changes. Finally, we added sounds for procs of Knights, Amazons and Assassins passive abilities.

[h2]What will we do next?[/h2]

  • First of all, we want to try to port the game on Linux. We have got a lot of requests for a past few years. We can't promise anything, but we will give a try.
  • Another feature we want to add is the Steam Leaderboards. We think it's cool when your friends can see you on first page of the leaderboard.
  • Finally, our programmer is working on full offline version of the game. It is like playing on other server with only you online. Player could play co-op missions in solo only. Also, both versions will use own save progress. But you can play both version at the same time.

    Version 2.08 is here now! + Patch #1



    Hello there,

    The development of Warstone is coming to its end. We made the DLC. We translated it to all languages.Now we are finishing polishing the game. Anyway, we added 2 new features with this update.

    First one is the ability to play co-op levels in solo. A lot of players asked for this for a long time. It was an uneasy task, but our programmer could make things work. Just create a co-op mission and click the start button. Now anyone can finish them If they couldn't find a mate to beat co-op missions. Go get all Steam achievements!

    Secondly, we added Hell+ mode feature. We made this option for hardcore players who find Warstone too easy game. When you start a game on Hell difficulty then write hell+ xxx in chat. Where xxx is a number from 300 to 5000. So if you write hell+ 5000 then health of enemies will be set to 5000% from default. Try to complete the first mission when the usual boar has 750 health. Can you beat? We sure you can. Enjoy!

    Finally, we added improved font style for Polish localisation and improved tower attacks. Now ranged units finish their attack if the targeted unit leaves the attack area.



    [h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
    We are finishing polishing the game. In that update we checked and fixed all bugs which had been reported. So it's kinda of a pre-final version. We are going to gather bug reports for another month. We will upload the last update after that. So, if you see any kind of bug, please report about it in the forum. Help us make Warstone bug free and send it to a well-deserved pension.


    • When the player starts Astral, The Dark Forest, Secret Level missions on Hell then enemies have 200% of health instead of 300%.
    • Fixed the bug when items on Spanish were mistakenly misplaced with Portuguese.
    • Amplification ability (Sorceresses and Demigoddesses ability) works in AoE now.
    • Sorceresses and Demigoddesses can target air units now.
    • Mystic casts his Mystic ball properly now. Fixed animation and effect. Changed cast delay. Added impact special effect.
    • Location of output_log file was changed. Now if the game breaks the system message appears with a hint how to find it.
    • Fixed the bug when constant clicking on a single unit prevented certain towers from attacking.
    • First wave of Valley Survival was fixed. It contained several Troll Blademaster by mistake.
    • Added an icon to a sheep unit (Demigoddess ability).
    • Ice Whirlwind scroll no longer affects mines (Destroyer ability).
    • Valley map now have proper icons for entry and exit points in all 3 game stages (Campaign, Challenge, Survival).
    • Fixed the bug when Nechai's Flower blocked 1 SP from quests even if there were no quests with SP reward. The problem is a hidden quest for getting 75 stars. It is a visible quest now.

    Hello there,

    We added last language in this update. The Korean translation was made by Jaeik and Nyanco Chanel. Jaeik translated the original game and improved the text several times, so it should be great.
    Also, our fan Grzegorz corrected the whole Polish translation. He made more than 400 changes in the text.
    We have added names of these men to game credits. Thanks for helping us!

    This update doesn't bring something really new, but we made a lot of fixes in game balance. Check the lists below.

    Also we lowered the difficulty of the Final mission of Chapter 1. Several players complained of a sudden increase of difficulty compared to the previous missions.

    [h3]Units Changes[/h3]
    We have gathered a lot of information about towers and their usability. Most of users prefers one towers to another. So, we decided to make unpopular towers more useful.


    • Scorch Elemental and Plasma Elemental attack speed was changed from 3.75 to 2.25 seconds. Gold price was reduced by 25 and 40. Base damage was incresed by 2-3 and 5.
    • Attack speed of Monks and Mystics was reduced by 0.05 seconds.
    • Damage of Knights was increased by 3-9. Gold price was increased by 5.
    • Damage of Knight Templars was increased by 25. Gold price was increased by 10.
    • Damage of Witchers was increased by 1.
    • Damage of Inquisitors was increased by 4.
    • Attack speed of Predators and Deathmongers was changed from 1.9 to 1.25 seconds. Gold price was increased by 10 and 20.
    • Damage of Shieldmaidens was increased by 7.
    • Damage of Valkyries was increased by 15.
    • Gold price of Priestesses was increased by 5.
    • Amplification spell of Sorceresses and Demigoddesses applies with every attack in a small area now.



    [h3]Skills Changes[/h3]
    When Astral Voyage add-on came, it increased total amount of skill points significantly, so it was hard to change a skill build. In previous updates we improved skill system. We added an option to remove a single skill with right mouse button. If this action is unavailble then the game shows which skill blocks an action. Reset skill button reset skills of one class only now. All these changes were asked by players and we implemented them. Now we think the system is easy to change your skill build. We hope players will praise these change.

    Also we made a lot of changes in skills. We made unpopular skills stronger. There is the list below.

    • Faerie Fire and Sorceressess skills now work for Sorceresses and Demigoddesses.
    • Colleagues skill now works on Cannoneers and Destroyers as well.
    • Lightning Sword gold price was reduced from 35 to 25. Ability cooldown was reduced from 25 seconds to 20 seconds. Damage was increased from 135 to 175. Duration of slow effect was increased by 50%.
    • God's Hammer gold price was reduced from 50 to 40. Damage was increased from 60 to 75.
    • Death Strike gold price was reduced from 65 to 50. Ability cooldown was reduced from 60 seconds to 40 seconds. Damage was increased from 25 to 30.
    • Magic Chakram gold price was reduced from 90 to 70. Ability cooldown was reduced from 90 to 55 seconds. Armor reduction was increased from 5 to 10. Damage was increased from 75 to 95. Duration of armor reduction effect was increased by 100%.
    • Corrosive Shells gold price was reduced from 40 to 25.
    • Enchanted summoned skill stun duration was increased from 3/6/9 seconds to 4/8/12 seconds. Area of effect was slightly increased.
    • Aura of Stone spell. Attack speed bonus was increased from 25% to 33%. Slow effect was increased from 24% to 30%. Damage bonus effect was improved from 40% to 66%. Cooldown of spell was increased from 60 to 70 seconds.
    • Stone explosion damage was increased from 175/225/350 to 200/250/400. Armor reduction effect was increased from 10 to 20. Armor reduction duration was increased by 100%.
    • Slowing stones skill duration was increased from 8/8/12 to 12/12/18 seconds. Area of effect was increased by 20%.
    • Contract skill recall time was increased from 400%/850%/1400% to 600%/1100%/1750%.
    • Mason skill cooldown changed from 120/80/45 seconds to 100/55/35 seconds.
    • Keeper skill chance increased from 10%/20%/30% to 13%/27%/40%.
    • Bomb spell damage was changed from 100/125/150 to 125/150/200.
    • Gold Rush spell duration was increased from 8/8/12 to 12/12/16 seconds. Area of effect was increased by 33%.
    • Fireball damage was rescaled from 55/55/80 to 70/70/100. Burn damage was increased from 0/2/3 to 0/3/5. Burn duration was increased from 10/15 seconds to 14/21 seconds.
    • Lightning damage was increased from 100/135/175/225 to 100/140/190/250.
    • Static Charge radius (seeking closest tower) was increased by 40%.
    • Base radius of teleportation was increased by 25%.
    • Storm duration was increased from 9/12/12 seconds to 13/13/18 seconds.
    • Firewall damage per seconds was increased from 35/35/55 to 50/50/75.
    • War Fire bonus damage was rescaled from 30%/60%/100% to 50%/100%/150%.
    • Minituarize duration was increased from 8/12/12 seconds to 10/15/15 seconds. Area of effect on Level 3 was increased by 15%.
    • Thunderstorm damage was changed from 25/25/40 to 35/35/50. Armor reduction effect was improved from 4 to 12. Duration of effect was increased from 8 seconds to 20 seconds.
    • Damage of Meteor (Meteor Shower spell) was increased from 100 to 175. Burn damage was increased from 4 to 10.
    • Ancestor's Spirits bonus damage was rescaled from 30%/30%/45% to 40%/40%/60%. Manacost was increased by 5. Area of effect was increased by 25%.
    • Owl's Wisdom Manacost reduction was increased from 20 to 40.
    • Carry Over mana bonus was increased from 5/10/15 to 7/11/15.
    • Defender Spirit rune item. Cooldown was reduced from 30 seconds to 15 seconds. Manacost was changed from 15 to 10. Spell duration was increased from 15 to 35 seconds.
    • Meteor rune item. Damage was increased from 100 to 175. Manacost was reduced from 30 to 20. Burn damage was increased from 2 to 10.

    Thanks for reporting in the forum about bugs. Without you support we couldn't find them all. There is a list of bugs we fixed.

    We added 2 more languages for DLC. It is Chinese made by Yue and French made by Vasco. These people translated the original game, so it should be done great.

    We are still looking for someone who can help with translation of DLC to Korean. There is not much text, so it shouldn't take a lot of time.

    Items in the Treasurer shop (in the battle) are blinking when they are about to expire. A lot of players asked to add this small feature. So there it is.

    Major Update! Version 2.05 is here!


    Hello there,

    We added 3 more languages for DLC. It is Spanish localisation made by Eugenio It is Portuguese localisation made by Jose. Finally, our mate Marcin completed Polish translation. These people translated the original game, so I am pretty sure the game is translated great.

    So, 7 languages for DLC are in the game and 3 left. French is almost done, Chinese is half done. We have a light problem with Korean. If you are Korean native speaker and like Warstone, please help us with Korean translation. Leave a comment or add Rurik to friends.

    Also, in the next update we will add a minor feature, Hell+ difficulty. It will allow players to set enemies HP to the value they want. Should be fun for hardcore players!



    We are keeping polishing the game, so we mostly fix bugs. There are 2 small game changes and a lot of bug fixes.

    Major Update! Version 2.04 is available!



    Hello there,

    First of all, we added improved and edited English localisation made by Andreea. She did it a great job. We worked for about 1 month to discuss and fix all unclear phrases and fix typos. She said after she finishes nobody will ever complain about bad English localisation. I believe her.

    Also we added Deutsch localisation for DLC made by Raffael and Japanese localisation made by Yuji. They finished translations earlier when we expected,we include it in this update. Say thanks to these great guys if you use German or Japanese :D

    Translation of DLC content of other 6 languages (Chinese, Portuguese, French, Korean, Polish and Spanish) is on a way. We finish our games.

    Also, our mate composer is making sounds for all towers and enemies from DLC. They should come with next update too.



    We changed Astral Voyage DLC Store presence. We added new banners and comics to the description. It is available on English, German, Russian and Japanese languages now. In our opinion it looks very cool now.

    Major Update! Version 2.03 is here!



    [h2]Co-op improvements[/h2]

    In this update we added the rest of Astral Voyage DLC missions, End of Story Survival; Narrow Island Survival; Crystal Swirls Survival; Double Spiral Challenge and Survival. This update took a lot of time because we fixed and tested a lot of bugs. You can see a huge list of bug fixes below.

    The development of Warstone is nearing completion. We are translating the text of DLC content to other languages and making sounds for new units and abilities. We are polishing the game as well. If you find any bug even a minor one, please post in the forum about it.

    [h2]Bug fixes[/h2]


    • Fixed the bug when game got stuck if player opened a menu in PvP missions
    • Fixed the critical bug in the game scenario/tutorial after completion of Prologue mission. Player could accidentally click on wrong building and got stuck.
    • Fixed the bug when Valkyrie didn't receive last levels of Chakram ability
    • Base damage of Shieldmaidens and Valkyries was increased by 2-4
    • Warcraft skills give proper values now 15%/30%/45%. It gave old values 10%/25%/45%
    • A lot of damage buffs now show damage with fractional quantities
    • Reward for killing an enemy was moved to dropped coins when a unit was killed with Midas Touch
    • Second cast of Berserk ability now resets number of shots
    • Skill for decreasing spell duration now work for scrolls as well
    • We changed a way of showing game version in the left bottom corner. Now it is easier to see where you play (on server or with Socket.dll)
    • Treasurer skill no longer reduces price of summoning attacking units in PvP missions
    • If a player tries to use Teleportation skill far from ability range when spell doesn't go on cooldown but shows a warning tool-tip instead
    • Carry over skill worked wrong. It reduces manacost of all abilities after each spell use. It works properly now.
    • Fixed the bug when Glove of Fire (item) didn't work
    • Fixed the bug when it wasn't possible to complete an achievement in the End of story mission because 1 Astral Boar wasn't scored

    Major Update! Version 2.02 is available!



    [h2]Co-op improvements[/h2]
    First of all, we finally found and fixed the nasty bug which made the game stuck in end of win/lose of all co-op missions. It wasn't easy, really. Our programmer spent several days on this task.

    We added the last co-op map in Warstone universe. It is Double Spiral mission. It is the biggest map in Warstone, contains 2 roads and a lot of space for stone placement. An Idea of spirals should motivate teammates to communicate better if they want to pass this mission. For now, we added only story mode of this map. Harder version comes later and they will be nearly insane.

    There were an annoying bug with numbers of rewards for co-op missions. There were displayed wrong in several places. We made some changes in the code. It should show right numbers everywhere now.


    • Achievements in co-op mission are shown for both players if at least 1 player didn't have it
    • Green potions in co-op missions give proper values now. It was halved in co-op missions
    • Counter of online player and current games works properly now
    • Countdown timer in arena was improved
    • Fixed the bug when the game didn't show passed missions in arena if they were passed without achievement
    • Fixed the bug when player should click 2 times on reward button to close reward window
    • Hell Boars in Sold School Map Survival (85 wave) are killable now

    Major Update! Version 2.01 is here!



    [h2]Skill points system improvements[/h2]

    First of all, we added new building, Nechai's Flower. It allows to buy extra SP. We set SP limit of 140 for all players. A few players duo different reasons had more than 140 SP. We manually reset their SP and reduced their amount to 133. So, all players have equal possibilities in co-op and PvP battles now.

    We added an ability to reset asingle skill with right mouse button. The game was designed for 60-70 SP. It was doubled with DLC release, so sometimes it was really annoying to reset skills and choose them again. A lot of people asked for this feature. It wasn't an easy task, but we did it.

    Also, we added another small feature. When you press Reset of Skills button then you reset only skills of chosen class.

    Also, we added 99 level.

    We hope, these changes will make Warstone more pleasant game.



    [h2]Another changes and improvements[/h2]


    • Added Survival mode for Awakening and Death Trap missions and Challenge mode for Crystal Swirls
    • Enemies in Awakening and Secret mission of Hell difficulty now have 200% of basic health instead of 300%. So, you can complete them now (they were kinda unbeatable)
    • Players who passed The End of Story mission got an ability to build Castle V
    • Info of incoming waves is divided for different roads now. It helps to plan better strategy
    • We added sounds for all DLC buildings. Sounds for battle part of DLC come a bit later.
    • Players can see what missions they have already passed in Create Mission menu of Arena
    • End of Story mission (8th DLC mission) can be passed usual way since a lot players just don't read texts and complain about "the game doesn't finish"
    • Restart button in co-op and PvP games is hidden now. Pressing that button broke the game
    • Encyclopedia gets Hell button setting
    • Menu music is disabled if music is turned off
    • Death Ray of Plasma Elementals deal Pure damage. It is not reduced by magic resistance now

    Major Update! Version 2.00 is available now.


    [h2]Hello there,[/h2]

    This update came much faster than previous, but it still adds a lot to the game.

    First of all, we added last mithril abilities for level 4 units. Destroyer got Mines ability. It allows to place mines on the ground which damage and stun enemies. One Destroyer can have 3 mines placed at the same time. Demigoddesses get Polymorph ability. They can transform enemies into harmless sheep reducing their armor, magic resistance and movement speed. It also disables their active abilities. Finally, Plasma Elemental has got Death Ray ability. If unit dies under effect of Plasma Ray, it explodes. Nearby units get damaged and slowed. It is extremely strong ability.



    [h2]New PvP stuff[/h2]
    We removed 9999 mifril price for barracks of Wolves and Eagles. Now you can build them, obtain achievements and summon units in PvP games. Another 10 units also available in PvP now.

    We rebalanced some units before DLC release. In this update we balanced their PvP forms as well. We changed Knight Tamplier, Inquisitor, Spirit and Warrior Elemental. They have another price and stats now.

    Also we fixed some bugs with PvP units. For example, Armored Wolf had wrong movement speed, Sorcerer cost more than she did in tower form and etc.

    New units and their abilities

  • Monk and Mystic have Phase Shift ability with 15% / 20% chance (it allows to avoid any damage). Mystic also can regenerate over time.
  • Predator and Deathmonger have Crystal Shield ability which absorbs damage. Deathmonger also cast Execution ability which stuns towers.
  • Cannoneer and Destroyer have Mortar ability. It shoots projectiles at PvP units at other roads. Destroyer also stuns towers in small area for a short period of time.
  • Sorcerer and Demigodess have Medium ability (moves to astral on getting damage) and improved Healing. Demigoddesses also get Polymorph and Astral Burst abilities (move all allies to astral upon death).
  • Scorch and Plasma Elementals have Avatar ability which increases armor and magic resistance with low health. Plasma Elementals also significantly slow all nearby towers when it dies.
  • Astral Soarer and Crystal Soarer have Phase Shift ability with 3 seconds cooldown. Crystal Soarer also spawns little crystal creepers in getting damage.
  • Finally, Rocket and Turbo wolves can increase their movement speed. Turbo wolf also leaves a Smoke Cloud which helps allies to evade some attacks.

    Also, we added Worse than Death Survival and Challenges of The Power of Love and Crystal Swirls.



    [h2]Bug fixes and other stuff[/h2]

    • Lightning scroll spell damage was increased from 200 to 300
    • Fixed the red error when starting We Came in Piece Survival mission
    • Added range of attack for all astral co-op missions
    • There were a bug with time between attacks of Plasma Elemental. It was doubled. So basically, it was 6 seconds between attacks. We fixed bug and set it to 4. So, it attacks faster now.
    • Fixed the bug with retargeting of towers which froze their attack
    • Economy skill no more reduces prices in the city market
    • Betelgeuse in The End of Story mission couldn't be killed with Midas Touch now
    • Fixed the bug when menu of skills couldn't be scrolled after wining The Lair mission
    • Armageddon spell price was increased from 5 to 45 mana in The Final mission to prevent miss casts
    • Wave 51 Boss was weakened in the secret level.
    • Fixed the bug when the last upgrade icon in Workshop was shown wrong
    • Attack animation of Destroyer was improved. It had a few excess frames
    • Visual of Crystal Swirls was improved

    Major Update 1.98 is here. DLC campaign is finished!



    [h2]Hello there,[/h2]

    We want to apologize for such a long delay before an update. We had several unexpected things which we need to deal with before we could continue the development.

    Anyway, it is here and it is ready. First of all, we added 2 last story DLC missions. The Lair is maze level. Actually, it is the biggest maze level in the game with a lot of possible ways of placing stones. By the way, our programmer improved the code for maze building, So players could build the longest maze with 50 or more stones. We hope you enjoy that.



    The Power of Love is the last story mission of Warstone. You start only with Nechai and debt of 750 gold. There are 3 long roads which converge at the point of Sleeping Rushana. So, you need to be everywhere to win. Later stages you will have so high gold income, so you could build/place up to 50 towers.. Also, Evil Betelgeuse casts bad spells on you. So, this map is full of action. We hope you will like it.

    Besides of missions, we added last 2 battle units. It is Executioner (an upgrade of Predator) and Plasma Elemental (an upgrade of Scorch Elemental). They are the strongest and the most expensive units in the game. Also, a bunch of new upgrades comes with Tavern level 2 to 5.



    We fixed Hot Air Ballon and we added 2 astral co-op missions, Narrow Island and Crystal Swirls. They have different difficulty and contain enemies from Astral world only. Anyway, players who don't have DLC can play the level.

    We added Challenge mode of Awakening, Death Trap and Survival mode of The Frontier, We Came in Peace and New Allies missions. So, we added 10 missions in total whereas DLC previously had only 10 missions.



    [h2]Scorch Elemental changes[/h2]

    We have got several reports about weakness of new Elemental towers. Yeah, they were weak. So, we made several changes.

    First of all, we increased base damage from 15-15 to 17-18. Secondly, they have armor reduction which stacks, so the longer they attack the stronger effect enemy suffer. Thirdly, upgrade for summoning cost comes after you pass 8th mission, so Elementals will be cheaper. Finally, Scorch Elemental now has similar to Witcher ability. It increases damage with every second. Actually, it increases the damage by 2 every second. So after attacking same target for 9 seconds, damage dealt is doubled. Not bad.
    The strong point of Elemental level 3 & 4 is to kill the big and tough enemies. We think, it fits this role perfectly.
    P.s. Elemental level 4 will have awesome mithril ability which we will add in the next update.

After that we will just need to add sounds, translate texts to other languages and fix reamaining bugs

    Small delay!



    Hello there,

    There were some unpredictable events 3 weeks ago. Our team was forced to change location of the office. So we did not do much for the game. Today is the first day we work full time. New update should come soon.

    We have some good news. Besides 2 story missions we will add 3 co-op missions to the game. Our artist designed some really cool concepts for co-op missions. You can see some of them on the picture above.

    Finally, we decided to add new special building where you can buy extra skill points. Also there will be SP limit. So all players who reached the end of the game will have equal capabilities.

    P.s. 7th story mission of DLC is a maze level.

    Tech Update 1.94 is here!




    Hello there,

    it is a techical update with no new content. We have got several reports about crashes last days. We are trying to do our best.

    First of all, we uploaded x64 version of the game instead of x86. We expect it should fix crashes with "Too many heap sections". If you had them before, tell us in future did it help or now.
    Be aware, that you need x64 OS to launch the game. We hope nobody uses it in 2020 :)

    Secondly, we made special server for seeking co-op bugs. Our testers constantly play the game in search of trigger of "Connection to server lost" in co-op games. We hope to find them in next 1-3 days.

    Also, we fixed some minor bugs with Hidden Texts, economist skills and etc. They are not so important now.

    UPDATE
    Finally, we found the reasonof crashes with red lineConnection to server lost and fixed them.
    1) First could occur when a player upgraded Monk tower to Mystic tower after Summong Fury buff faded off.
    2) Another bug occured when ghost wolfs were damaged by area damage of Bombardiers.
    3) We found a glitch which could occur crashes during co-op missions. For now, co-op battles should be extremely more stable

    Major Update 1.93 is available now!




    Hello there,

    We wanted to release update with every new map ready. Eventually, we were forced to prepare all remain missions and mobs at once. It is the reason why the update took so much time. For now, all enemies with all abilities are ready and we release today 2 new missions.

    We will do our best to bring next update and the end of story as soon as possible. It will take less time for sure than we spent on this update. Also, I can say that last 2 missions will have some special features.




    [h2]What's new.[/h2]

  • Awakening mission is a Hero mission. You will control Nechai like you did it in original campaign. But this time hero will have another 5 abilities. They are really fun to use. Also, there will be completely other enemies and some surprises at later waves. So we hope you will like this mission.
  • Death trap is usual mission with 1 long road. There is a lot of great spots for towers. Also, you will meet 2 new towers here. They will have their mithril abilities.
  • Challenge modes for The Frontier, We Came in Peace, New Allies, Worse than Death
  • We increased size of comic in Chapter 2. We think they are much better in this way.
  • Achievement requirement in co-op missions are shown for both players now if one of them doesn't have it. A lot of player asked about this feature.
  • 4 new towers. 1) Mystic is an upgrade of Monk; 2) Scorch Elemental is an upgrade of Warrior

    This is a technical update. We fixed all bugs which came with DLC release. We fixed more then 35 bugs and prepared a release of 5th and 6th missions. Map visuals and comics are ready. We finished discussion of new abilities, so we just need to draw effects and check game balance.

    We improved visuals of second and third missions of Astral Voyage. Also, we changed parameters for Hell difficulty. Also there were a bug, they didn't worked at co-op missions. Everything should work fine now.

    [h3]Hell difficulty changes[/h3]
    Health. It was +100% health, now it gives +200% health (Nightmare adds +50% health)
    Armor. It was +75% extra armor, now it gives +100% armor (Nightmare adds +50% armor)
    Resistance. It was +30%, now it gives +40% magic resistance (Nightmare adds +25% resistance)

    We expect it adds an extra challenge for veteran players.



    Bug fixes


    • Mac version of the game should work fine now
    • It is possible to create co-op missions with Hell difficulty setting now
    • Predator tower works properly now. It attack all targets in the area
    • Fixed the bug with UI after using Stone Aura spell
    • The ridge co-op mission is shown in the arena list now
    • Added a note in the exp tooltip when a player reached max level
    • Fixed the bug when Elemental towers shot twice each time with Double Shot skill learnt

    • Stone of teleportation in the city should work properly now (give random resources periodically)
    • Fixed the bug with Russian names for Predator and Lost Soul enemies
    • Fixed the text bug with %val at description of Gold Chains spell
    • Added visual effect at the point which Cannoneer attacked
    • Completion co-op missions on Hell gives higher reward now
    • Health of Invincible boars In the Survival of Old school map were halved
    • Top arrow in the Map of Adventures opens the funny comics. It did nothing
    • Ice crystals freeze towers properly in Olympus map now.

    • Added tooltip to Hell difficulty button
    • Some mistakes in comics were fixed
    • 9999s cooldown is no more shown in ability tooltips

    Astral Voyage add-on is available now!



    Hello there,

    We have worked hard for last 3 months to release this add-on. We didn't make all we wanted but we couldn't postpone release anymore. So we released Astral Voyage add-on in kind of Early Access state. Please keep it in mind purchasing the game. We will finish add-on main story in 4-6 weeks and we will keep improving it. Buy the DLC now if you want to support us, developers of Warstone.

    Originally we planned to make Tower Power Pack. We wanted to add just new towers. That's all. Yeah, it is only 15% from what we are going to add. We decided to do it because we wanted to complete the main story about Nechai. Also a lot of players asked to make another chapter. It helped us to make a decision to make the add-on completed.

    It is the reason why it took so much time. Sorry for the delay. Hopefully, you will enjoy it a lot how you did playing original Warstone.

    We want to say thanks to all players who helped us to make this add-on alive by playing, testing, sharing thoughts, advising and writing reviews. It couldn't be done without you!


    What is available now?


    • 4 missions in astral setting. They look more diverse than missions from original campaign.
    • 19 new enemies with absolutely new abilities and parameters. Prepare to look for new strategies to pass levels.
    • Continuation of Nechai story. It means there are a lot of quests with rewards. Also we added 14 comics for the first part of the story. Our artist`s skills have been improved for last 2 years, so comics should look awesome.
    • New towers. You will get access to Monk (Level 3 melee tower) with ability to make combo strikes and deal an extra damage which depends on max enemy health. Predator (Level 3 archer tower) has an ability to attack all targets simultaneously in the area. Also, it reduces their magic resistance. Sorcerer is Level 3 Magic Tower. She applies amplification ability with each attack. It increases incoming damage. Finally, new Level 3 Siege tower Cannoneer has a huge level of damage and Blast wave ability which stuns all nearby enemies for a short period of time . More towers will appear in the next update.
    • Magic Academy Level 3. Improve power of your favorite spells
    • Owl of Wisdom is a new building which increases max level from 60 to 99 and also rewards with some skill points. A lot of players asked for it.
    • Ancient runes II increases experience gathering for extra 50%
    • Tavern is a new building which increases damage of ALL towers by 5% for each level of building. Only level 1 is available now

    • The last 4 missions of the add-on.
    • Remaining 6 towers. Level 4 of Melee, Archer, Siege and Magic towers and Level 3 & 4 of Elemental tower.

    Major Update! Version 1.22 is available!


    What's new
    Hello there,
    The update is the last one before the release of the DLC. The preparation has been already done. So DLC comes in 7-10 days.

    All players who meet requirements should get new quests and buildings. Buildings will be available for construction when DLC releases.

    • Players who passed The Dark Forest missions should get new dialogue with the old mage which leads to "Key to Astral" quest and give "Ore Samples" building.
    • Players who have Magic Runes II on Tree of Life should get "Ancient Runes II" building and "Spell of greater experience" quest .
    • Players who have Book of Arcane Knowledge building should get "Call of the spirit" quest and "Spirit of Wisdom" building.
    • We added new colorful banner for people who doesn't have DLC and click on the Chapter 2 button.


    There will be only English and Russian texts for all new DLC stuff for first few weeks.


    About upcoming DLC
    Finally, we can tell a few words about DLC. It will be called Astral Voyage. Originally we planned just add new towers and some cool features, but we decided to finish Nechai story. It is the reason why it takes so long. Astral Voyage is kinda Chapter 2. There will be a story with comics, quests, dialogues. There will be 33 new enemies. It is more than original game has. 8 new maps in new setting. So, it should be fun. We hope at least. It will cost only 7.99$.

    We decided to release DLC in unfinished state, because we have already failed all deadlines. At start there will be available only 4 of 8 missions, no challenge and survival modes. DLC will be available with English and Russian languages only. We plan to add another 4 missions in 1 month, complete challenge and survival mods in 2 months, add other 8 languages in 2-3 months.

    So, DLC is unfinished, you are aware, please buy it only in case if you are OK with it and want to support us. We fulfill our promises. The game will be finished.


    Balance changes
    We were forced to change characteristics of certain towers because 10 new towers will be added in DLC. They affect gameplay significantly.

    We made melee units stronger, especially Level 4 melee units. Also we made the, more expensive to compare with Elemental towers Level 3 & 4. Price and damage of Valkyrie and Ninja were also raised a little. Price of Bombardiers was reduced significantly, we hope it makes this unit more popular.

    Finally, we were forced to make Elemental towers cheaper and weaker, because Elemental towers 3 would be disproportionately expensive. For example, Old Inquisitor cost 180 in total when Warrior Elemental cost 300. If we don't change anything, Elemental Level 4 would cost 5 strongest melee units. It is not great.
    • Damage of Knight was increased by 2-7
    • Damage of Witcher was increased by 1-2
    • Damage of Shieldmaiden was increased by 0-3
    • Base/final price of Knight Templar was increased from 100/90 to 165/155. Base/final attack damage was increased from 38-52 / 57-71 to 66-82 / 85-101
    • Base/final price of Inquisitor was increased from 85/75 to 145/135. Base/final attack damage was increased from 23-27 / 32-35 to 42-47 / 51-55
    • Base/final price of Valkyrie was increased from 135/125 to 160/150. Base/final attack damage was increased from 25-37 / 35-47 to 32-47 / 42-57
    • Base/final price of Ninja was increased from 105/95 to 135/125. Base/final attack damage was increased from 17-21 / 20-23 to 20-23 / 23-25
    • Price of Bombardiers was decreased by 15 from 75/65 to 60/50
    • Price of Spirit Elemental was decreased from 125 to 75. Base/final attack damage was deacreased from 35-55 / 45-65 to 20-30 / 30-40. Attack range was decreased by 50.
    • Base/final price of Warrior Elemental Spirit was decreased from 190/175 to 115/100. Base/final attack damage was deacreased from 65-115 / 75-125 to 45-65 / 55-75. Attack range was decreased by 50.

    Tech Update. Version 1.20 is here! + Patch #4



    Hey all,
    It was a long time since we posted something.

    This update is a tech update. It offers nothing new, but fixes a lot of things. Also it is the first uploading of the game for almost a year, so we need to be sure it works fine before we give access to DLC. We temporarily added development console, so we can find all new and old bugs asap. Thanks for playing and helping us.

    [h3]General changes and bug fixes[/h3]


    • Resource amount from gathering buildings was increased. Gathering time was increased as well. For example it took 6 hours of battle time for mithril and 2 hours for gold, now it requires 2,5 hours for getting mithril and just 40 minutes to get gold. It should help. Also, we want to notice that gathering depends on battle time (time spent playing battles), not real time.
    • Mana cost of all magic upgrades was reduced. Mana cost of Earth and Water schools was reduced by half.
    • The building in the city now play a sound if you click on it to read comics. It adds greater involvment in the story.
    • Main menu of the game was dramatically visually improved.
    • We added a special icon for PvP upgrades, so players wouldn't worry about getting them and thinking they are forced to play co-op missions.
    • A lot of UI improvements.
    • Fixed a bug when dialogue windows blinked while reading them.
    • Fixed visual bugs of moon well. It was shown filled when it was empty sometimes.

    Message from devs
    Guys, you can help us a lot. If you see development console with red errors, it means you found a bug. You can help us great, if you click on Open file and send output_log file to euler@battlecruiser.ruwith a small explanation when the bug happens. We will fix all found bugs as soon as possible.
