Melee weapons now actually useful! Press punch while holding to activate

Tuning Changes

Stun cooldown timer reduced to 1 second
Minimum stun time increased slightly
Controllable Sentry Turret overheats much more slowly
Changed Backhoe, Tank, and Minisub to Accelerate when rotating (same as jet ski)

Level Fixes

Added a hidden Sniper Rifle to Military - AllGuns level
Added jetpacks in the stands of Boxing Ring for when players land there
Added railings to Crusher level bottom

Bug Fixes

Bomb shotgun bombs no longer collide with each other when spawning
Fixed grab angle of held melee weapons
Losing internet connection mid-game properly puts you in offline mode
Mid game joining while others are loading new scene should now work
Fixed playing without an internet connection
