- 2 new Horde Mode stages to play: River & Swamp! Which makes for 3 total stages
- Added scoring system to track your stats
- Tweaks on adaptive challenge, and challenge overall
- Fixed some issues on shop screen
- Vehicles may now be controlled as "tank mode", using the game controller's d-pad
- Enemy A.I tweaked to work better on specific cases

Hi everyone! Today is the day. Dog Duty was launched out of Early Access and v1.0 is now live! I want to thank you all for the support and trust you've given us during the Early Access period of Dog Duty. A lot has happened, and it is all thanks to your feedback! Thousands of bugs have been squashed, new enemies and vehicles were added and even a whole new game mode was implemented into the game! Now of course, this v1.0 comes with some patch notes, so here they are!
- Added a brand new Horde mode map
- Completed Horde Mode screens
- Tweaks on horde calculations and challenge
- Fixed issue that could halt boss wave on Horde Mode
- Fixed collisions/map of Swamp's Armor Supply
- Improvements on gamepad's target snapping
- Added a very specific and secret character on Horde mode, that may be unlocked by doing something very specific ;)

General
- Fixed issue blocking player progression on Swamp Depot I
- Dpad icons are now displayed more clear
- Dpad buttons now function in menu button selection
- Added target-snapping to gamepad-mode
- Dualshock 4 button icons now displayed, if player uses a Dualshock
Horde Mode
- Fixed issue on boss wave
- Now there's a wave score screen
- The level now restarts after you've been defeated
- Added chemical grenades to first waves (replacing the incendiary grenades)

The Early Access period has been great, with a lot of player feedback, interaction and things added and improved to the game. Hey all! As Horde Mode recently made it into Dog Duty, there's been some new stuff that's been added into the game for this new game mode. Check it out:
- Added BotPods for automated defense
- Added 2 new turret modules: Hydra Rockets and Artillery
- Fixed issue that prevented placement of objects on certain tiles
- Squad now is automatically healed after wave complete
- Fixed an odd issue that blocked gamepad input on some certain conditions
Hi all! Today we have great news, as an all new game mode was just added to Dog Duty: Horde Mode! Battle waves of enemies with your squad and survive! You can find the new game mode by clicking 'play' in the main menu and clicking the button on the bottom! As this is a very early implementation of Horde Mode, we're very eager for your feedback! Please let us know what you think and what could be improved on the Steam Community Hub. We're planning to iterate this mode very regularly, so stay tuned for updates! This patch also contains some other fixes, so here are the full patch notes for v0.992
- Added a beta version of a Horde Mode. Battle waves of enemies and survive in this brand new game mode! We're eager to hear feedback and ideas on this!
- Heroes now have a brief recover animation, and will take a little more time to get up
- Fixed issue that showed turret ranges after leaving Vehicle-Setup
- Fixed a physics issue that could block the hovercraft on a specific spot near Swamp's POW Camp
- Fixed an issue that prevented the hovercraft from being a target on specific situations
- Fixed some specific blocking situations involving the map, vehicle icons etc.
- Now the pause screen and general menus do not overlap while using a game pad

Hi everyone! There's a new patch available for Dog Duty that introduces a new and improved way to control your vehicles and new AI vehicle models. Check out the full patch notes right here:

Hi everyone! There's a brand new update live that brings something a lot of you requested in reviews, more variation in enemies, updated explosions and new soundtracks! There is now more variation in enemies you'll encounter in each region of the game, which spices things up quite a bit! Check out the full patch notes here:

- New enemies (six in total) with different kinds of weapons. From machete soldiers to ballistic shield troops, they will challenge our heroes' pragmatic skills!
- Updated effects for fire and explosions

- Added markers showing each hero/enemy weapon radius, that shows on the "Reality-Check Mode".
- Fixed enemy odd behaviour on a specific Capital level.

Hey all! It's Marten here and I just wanted to give you guys a sneak peek into some work in progress stuff. The devs sent me some provisional artwork and I couldn't resist sharing it with you guys, as there's new weapons and new enemies coming to the game!

Hi everyone! I'm glad to announce that 4 new languages have been added to Dog Duty! These are the languages:

- WASD keys may now be used to control vehicles in a "tank mode"/"hull relative" fashion
- Main Menu background art changed
- Boat sounds doesn't play on map screen anymore

- Added and changed achievements to better reflect the new gameplay elements of the game
- Lots of performance improvements, optimizations etc.
- Boat movement is now more fluid and fun
- Some invisible walls were added to the beach area in the desert

Hi everyone! Today I have some GREAT NEWS, because we have a big update live right now! v0.94 is now available for all of you to play, and there's some juicy stuff in there. Let's dive into it with the patch notes! Reinforcement System Overhaul
- Added a new specific soldier model to act as reinforcement, so it will be clearer which soldier is a reinforcement and which one isn't
- The reinforcement vehicles are also new, and characterized as police vehicles. (New boats for swamp/river, new car for desert)
- There's also been some minor tweaks like timing and other details
Other new stuff
- Added a new troop transport vehicle, that carries up to 8 soldiers, with the additional of a shooter on the roof or a parabomb launcher
- The new Octo-Light-Tank, will be participating on some patrols in the Desert.
- Lots of improvements on general game performance
- Some tweaks and changes on the UI/HUD: for example, the inventory icon now is a backpack, among other changes
- WASD now may be used to control vehicles on World-Mode
- Corrections on the intro conversation at the Octopia gates
- There's now a new "Radio-System", to help entering and exiting locations
- Chat baloons now show more lines, helping the readability of bigger text
- There's now NPCs when you conquer a location. They may tell useful information... or not
- Added new loading screen to.. well, show when things are loading, of course!
- The endgame animation was remade
- Fixed a bug where the mouse cursor would disappear when getting back to main menu
- Fixed a bug where landmines would explode infinitely
- Fixed a bug where some buttons would not show up properly in specific cases
- Fixed a bug where the intro location was not showing as conquered location
- Fixed details like opening a new game file after deleting a file and selecting a new item to buy after buying an item
- Fixed an issue with scrolling through available mounted weapons in the vehicle's menu with controller

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that Dog Duty is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One in Spring 2020! This also means that at that moment, the Early Access period will end and the 1.0 version will come out on Steam. I just want to thank you all for playing the game during Early Access and sharing your feedback. This doesn't mean at all that it's too late to share your thoughts, if you have any feedback, feel free to leave it in the Steam Community Hub or in a review! The next step for Dog Duty is localization! We already have some ideas which languages should be added to the game, but we'd love to know if you have any further suggestions! About Dog Duty
Control a squad of misfits as they go up against some evil bigwig Octopus Commander and his army who are threatening world-peace. In this fun, fast-paced Real Time Tactics game, you go into combat and use guerrilla warfare to eliminate all octo-scum.
