Hello everyone! You may be wondering why the Kickstarter campaign of Edrick's Conquest hasn't launched yet. Unfortunately, it is extremely challenging to launch a successful Kickstarter campaign mainly because of the pre-launch promotion. A lot of successful projects on Kickstarter build a community before launch. It is recommended by crowdfunding agencies to have at least 1,000 followers on the pre-launch page; this allows Kickstarter's algorithms to recommend these projects to potential backers. While projects that fail to drive significant traffic on day 1 of launch are extremely likely to be ignored by Kickstarter's algorithm. Edrick's Conquest currently has 198 followers on the pre-launch page. 802 more followers are required to reach the 1,000 mark. This demo will highlight the influences of great games on Edrick's Conquest. I am mixing the action of Diablo, beautiful environments of Skyrim, pleasure of Gauntlet & charm of Nox to develop a game that will provide hours of entertainment. While I am doing the programming, game design, environment design, story & script on my own--this is not a 100% solo project. Edrick's Conquest™ is an isometric Action RPG featuring deep character development, limitless replayability and skill based combat. Explore Plesmur, a high fantasy world, to discover ancient dungeons and civilizations.

Face fantasy creatures such as the stoic orcs, ancient elementals and immortal revenants in the world of Plesmur... Or dominate your allies in multiplayer deathmatch arenas.

KEY FEATURES

Deep character development:
3 foundation character classes that can progress into 9 elite classes.

Story-driven Campaign mode:
Play as King Edrick Stormwalker--an elite and experienced Flame Crusader. Chose to be a champion or a villain depending on your actions!

Offline and Online Play:
Explore Plesmur, a high fantasy world, on your own or with your allies. Play with up to 7 friends on Local Area Network or Online connection.

Difficulty modes:
You can choose from 3 distinct difficulty settings: Novice, Normal and Nightmare. The novice difficulty is designed for newcomers and casuals while nightmare difficulty is for hardcore players.

Hack and slash:
Crush your enemies with powerful spells like 'Fan of Fire'; 'Skeleton Explosion' and 'Starfall'.



Character customization:
Learn passive and active skills through the 'Special Powers' menu.

Cursor aiming system:
A unique action combat system which prioritizes the player's agility over stats, gear and skill points.

Multiplayer PvP:
Dominate your allies in competitive PvP deathmatch arenas. To make sure PvP is fair, all spells will have a special PvP version. For balancing purposes some spells will be disabled in PvP.

Cross-platform support:
You will be able to play Edrick's Conquest on PC, Linux, Playstation and Xbox.

PvE Quest mode:
An endgame mode where you raid rogue-like procedurally generated dungeons, with up to 7 allies or solo.



Dungeon and Scenario Designer:
Create your own dungeon, zone or quest then invite other members of the community to experience your content.

Limitless Endgame Content:
Thanks to the Dungeon and Scenario Designer, a powerful in-game level editor, members of the community will create high quality endgame content. Lots of endgame content such as dungeons, skill trees, items and even new playable character classes will be frequently produced by dedicated community members.

Apocalyptic Forms:
Transform into a highly customized character of your choice. You will be able to select mutations and evolve your character as you wish.
