A medium-size update:

- new: enabled terrain animations by default
- new: background animation is stopped when scrolling (that should help with choppy dragging)
- new: AI is waiting till animation is running - it has been added as experimental feature (disabled by default)
- new: poison vulnerability - double damage from poison
- balance: capture soul/improved soul capture gives +1 MP and 10-15 exp
- balance: enhanced/magical weapon/armor upgrades are available at Regular/Veteran levels


I think we finally got background animations right and they should work much more smoothly.
Please let me know if you have any performance problems/choppy animations.
