Now with super fast item Refining, be careful what you click!

Notes:
Quick Refine items by holding Alt, press Space or Enter to accept
Move using Arrow keys/WASD, press Space or Enter to use doors.
ERX-Mod effects updated:

ERX-Bodies are now +All Affinities
ERX-Arms are now +Criticals
ERX-Legs are now +Speed & Stamina

A New Game is required to update these items/avoid bugs. I won't do an update like this for a while now so no more new games!
