Entity Researchers Version 0.14

So... v0.13 was cursed. The game had a few balancing issues, including being insanely hard. The game is re-balanced with plenty of other bug fixing beneath the surface. More work will be done for the next update to further address issues of difficulty scaling at higher levels. Major bugs should also be absent from further builds, this update primarily addresses issues in the code.
