REAVER is a MOVEMENT shooter
Fly off your own recoil! REAVER offers you the tools to keep moving, and your movement skills decides what you can survive. Grappling hooks, Tether beams, Slamming, Recoil-boosting, Crouch-sliding... and many more options. Discover movement tech with experimentation, or ask the community!

REAVER is SKILL-EXPRESSIVE
Crowd-control with a black-hole, lob a grenade, then shoot it. REAVER grants you a large arsenal of weaponry. Alone, they fulfill roles in combat. Together, their unique mechanics give room to skill-expression and efficiency. REAVER lets you carry 4 types of weapons: Revolvers, Shotguns, Machine-guns and Artillery. Each with unique mechanics and potential combos.

REAVER is STYLISH
Revolver Ultimate Ability: HEADSHOT CHAIN. Some weapons have abilities and ultimates that cost mana. Kill to gain mana. In the middle of combat, decide what's worth ulting and which ult fits the situation– all in a split second, or your own pace. You decide how fast, efficient, methodical or stylish your rampage is.

REAVER is FAST-PACED
Speed. You can go fast, unreasonably fast. When we say "break-neck speeds" we mean it. Challenge the limits of what a "fast-paced movement shooter" is. Master the movement of REAVER, and come... break our community records.

Since you've made it this far...
Here's a secret: Keep an eye on REAVER for MULTIPLAYER features in the future ;)So for a while we\'ve been getting questions form our treasured community like \"when is the next update\", \"when will you add x or y\", etc. So here are a few reasons why there hasn\'t been an update in a really long time.
REAVER\'s code
REAVER has been in development for many years and in those years a lot of code has been written. Good and bad code. The bad side of REAVER\'s programming has finally caught up to us and now we\'re dealing with the consequences of that. Major work is in process to ensure the game\'s inner-workings are improved. The same goes for the actual gameplay experience. Not just fixed, but made better than ever.

New content
A while ago an additional mini-team was formed to help make new levels. Those levels have been in development for some time now. None of them are complete for now, however they will be worth the wait. Each level brings a unique style while keeping up with REAVER\'s already established level design.
In addition to the upcoming keyboard-breaking levels, there\'s more to come. New features, obstacles, a new enemy/mini-boss, [strike]and maybe even a new weapon :)[/strike]

Other projects
While we are a small team, we still find time to work on other projects. Some project take more attention than others. We hope that you\'re as excited about these new upcoming releases as we are, even though we can\'t really disclose too much about what they are right now.
We still remember about REAVER and keep it on our list of priorities, but sometimes other work takes a lot of our time.

Life
Everyone on our team has their life outside of making video games. Finding a good work-life balance is tough. Sometimes we underperform, Sometimes we overwork. Sometimes everything is at a steady pace. Basically what I\'m trying to say here is that we\'re all people, we\'re not perfect. We try.

What\'s next?
We can\'t provide a concrete date as to when we will be done with the next update, but rest assured, it\'s coming. Throughout this post you\'ve been seeing little peaks at what the future holds in terms of level. We hope all of you can wait a little longer for the next update. It will be worth it.
Until then...
