Greetings fellow doctors! Update 0.0.10 of your favorite game is just around the corner, and we've got a preview of what's coming! In this update, we'll be introducing insurance companies to the game. We think this will be a great addition in gameplay and story! Thanks for reading! This latest update completes some of the work in progress initiated with 0.0.9, as well as introducing a number of exciting new additions and improvements that were sure youll love! We apologize for the delay between updates - General Practitioner 2 is still very much a work in progress, but rest assured we are working hard to ensure that each new version delivers everything our General Practitioners expect from us and more! There are 12 different insurance companies, each one with its perks, characters to meet and objectives to fulfill in order to advance the story, get new jobs and medical examinations and earn more money to spend in the game. Note that the economy in GP2 is still under development. This means that certain features are not yet available. We are working hard to provide the best possible experience for our users. Let's have a look at the different companies and some of their unique features: 1) Sharpen Insurance Payout: 100$ Objective: Study at least three times a week Perk: Engage in a relationship with Cora McAllen and unlock a new story in the library 2) Control Insurance Payout: 200$ Objective: Avoid getting fined by the Medical Board for at least 10 consecutive times Perk: Payment due for employees reduced by 20% 3) Acuity Insurance Payout: 300$ Objective: Specialize Dr. Andrew or Dr. Julie in optometry Perk: Unlock new scenes in the gym 4) Cash Medical Payout: 400$ Objective: Earn at least 10.000$ throughout the game Perk: Unlocks new kinky and illegal options at the bar 5) Elite Insurance Payout: 500$ Objective: Cure at least 3 VIP patients Perk: Engage in a relationship with Brian Lopez and unlock a new story at the clinic 6) Crypto Medical Payout: 600$ Objective: Have your Tech Specialist hack the Medical Board archives Perk: The Medical Board won't be able to fine you any more 7) Medicly Payout: 700$ Objective: Specialize both Dr. Andrew and Dr. Julie Perk: Unlocks med school to visit and engage with students 8) Belief Insurance Payout: 800$ Objective: Refuse to cure criminals, convicts and sinners Perk: Engage in a relationship with Father Kyle and unlock the church 9) Insuranceooze Payout: 900$ Objective: Do not hire any janitor Perk: Unlocks the "Party all over" story arc 10) Mediciva Payout: 1000$ Objective: Successfully bribe the Medical Board Perk: Engage in a relationship with Dalila 11) Flash Insurance Payout: 1100$ Objective: Always perform only the necessary examinations and avoid the unnecessary ones Perk: Unlocks New game + option 12) Insurancetastic Payout: 1200$ Objective: Complete Dr. Andrew and/or Dr. Julie's personal story Perk: You can use your charm to always satisfy your patients in the game HIRING AN INSURANCE COMPANY Achieving these goals will not be easy. You will need to discuss it with insurance representatives and understand their objectives. Furthermore, you will need to decide who among Andrew or his sibling should handle them. TECH SPECIALIST? JANITOR? WHAT ARE THEY? This is a preview of the clinic that will be released in future updates. So far, you have hired a nurse and there will be more jobs available as well as new stories to discover!
