Controller Fixes

Three smaller fixes for improved controller support:

  • Fix cutscene easter egg being played when clicking buttons and cursor was in place of the portraits
  • Fix position/target selection not working on controller in level editor
  • Fix menu not working after dying twice in challenge mode
