Fixed bug where Survival Mode replays would break if they hit a level that has been removed from the game.
If you Alt+F4 in Survival mode after you start moving you will now lose a life.

I thought "PogoChamp" was a pretty good pun, so I spent a few thousand hours making a game around it...
