Fixed a vendor percentage showing sometimes wrong % of price increase

Lowered the raycast component so that the rays hit chests more reliably
Double clicking deposit items should no longer cause the items to disappear

Fixed a bug where you could not place paintings inside an upgraded house
Fixed a bug where player could place items in the void from the interior of a house
Adjusted interior collision so that the rugs don't go under the floor in upgraded houses

Tents should no longer disappear when placed just outside the building blocked area near the centre of the map
Fixed server password window sometimes being really small
Item picking should be more reliable
