- Gameplay: Rewrote game loop to save up to 4.5ms every frame, dramatically improving performance on slower devices
- Gameplay: Removed RDR counter from the top right of the screen. Current settings are now represented in the FPS label
- Options: Replaced RenderFPS with new option "Frame Rate"
- Frame Rate: The options are 60 FPS, 30 FPS, and Dynamic
- Frame Rate: Dynamic is the default setting for non-mobile devices
- Frame Rate: 30 FPS is the default setting for mobile devices and recommended for slower devices

Tough Love Arena is a web-based indie fighting game with 6 unique, fun, and interesting characters and silky-smooth rollback netcode.
Tough Love Arena is designed for beginners, with simple inputs, straightforward options, and strong defense. However, we made sure to have something for the experienced fighting game player as well! You will find that despite the generous input buffer, there are still difficult combos to master and a very flexible meter system.
You can play Tough Love Arena in your web browser on the official site for free! However, the Steam version has a few advantages:
- All event skins and boss characters unlocked
- Works without an active internet connection
- Loads much faster
