Added Ghost filenames shown on hover
Added Mouse Restart Hotkey = Left+Right Click
Fixed Rocky Wind Level/Editor Differences
Fixed Toucan Ground Offset
Fixed Ghost creator names not showing up offline - Name will only be saved to file when connected to Steam
Fixed less than 5 ghosts count
Added Ghost slider Option for 1-5 (>5 still works if done from file)
