Hi Wanderers, I hope you guys are all as excited as I am about the release of the full version, Mythic! In order to prepare, we will be doing a full reset of the servers. We are going to finalize, push out, and test the full game in the next few days and we need the servers to be off while we do that. In addition, Mythic Origins will come to an end, and be shut down. I am so grateful for everyone who's tried the game, and especially to those have given us great feedback on the direction of the game. Servers will be back up in one week and at that time you can play by downloading Mythic. Everything will be reset so you will have a fresh start with a new character - with the whole world of Mythic ahead of you. I hope you all continue to enjoy the game in the full version! We are working on a number of really big features that will debut on Mythic's launch and we can't wait to see you all experience it next week. - Rewarding Achievements. The first few players to discover uncharted territory will earn rare treasure. High scoring players in minigames will earn equipment only they can wield. Real accomplishments mean real rewards in Mythic Origins.
ROGUELIKE ELEMENTS
- Live. Die. Repeat. Prepare for challenging combat and gameplay that will lead to frequent and punishing deaths.
- Many Roguelites. Each elemental biome in Mythic Origins is designed as a self-contained roguelite. Death will return you to the start of the biome you are currently exploring.
- No Permadeath. Complete a biome to unlock new abilities and areas. Completed biomes stay complete, even if you die.
