Pigeon killers and rooftop defenders, hello, First of all, I'd like to apologize for all the bad things that have happened to the game since March. To put it simply, we were working on the follow-up to Update 0.4. Our focus was on revamping the UI and the diffuculty system, as well as adding classic content. Unfortunately, in April, a piece of news put a stop to our plans. The Moon Pirates company went bankrupt, and we were forced to enter legal proceedings. During this initial period, we were not allowed to comment on the matter, and had to halt all our production plans. Yesterday, the trial took place and the verdict obliges us to withdraw all our games from sale, including "Don't Shit On My #!$@& Roof". The procedure can take up to a year. What we hope now is that the intellectual property of our games is not taken away from us. If it isn't, we'll be able to reactivate the Steam page and resume work on it. If this happens, the game will have to remain in this state. Unfortunately, the news doesn't please anyone. We had set up The Moon Pirates because we love making video games: inventing systems, playing games, making music, graphics, coding, ... In addition we're adding over 50 new items to the game, giving players even more options for customizing their playstyle. Additionally, we're introducing 7 new bosses for you to battle, each with their own unique mechanics and challenges. We've also redesigned the beginning of the game, with over 50+ objectives to complete in order to build up your arsenal and prepare yourself for the challenges ahead. This should make for a much more engaging and rewarding early game experience. On top of all that, we're also rolling out a big graphical and sound update to enhance the overall immersion of the game. As we announced earlier, the next patch will contain a lot of content:
To start with, a tour of the new bosses. There will be 7 new bosses in the patch with the theme of ground areas. Small ones, big ones, the ones that move, the one next to you, the one that chases you and so on...
It brings a new richness to the game, avoiding to stay with static builds and it brings new things to dodge.
Then, for the items ! Lots of new things : icons, new family, new items, ...
So, for the new family, it's about the summons! There are several "sub-families": totems, cat, drones. Here is, for example, one of the cats:

And finally, there will be a new progression system in the game. The goal is to diversify the objectives. With all this, a new player will not only have the objective of surviving 20 minutes to unlock a new curse, but he will have other objectives, annexes, to help him progress by unlocking new items and improvements.

Hello ! We have put on the test branch the version 0.3. The goal of the beta is to find the maximum of bugs and to correct them. Some items available today may become blocked by achievements when playing in public. Small post to tell you about the next step.
The next update, 0.3, is still in production. It's a little bit late because I've been sick.
This update focuses on the loot system. Whether it is deep changes or even in its appearance.
One of the first changes is the presence of "family" for the items in the game. For example, the Zeus' Glove belongs to the "Magic" and "Lightning" family.
The families will allow to classify the items, to be able to play on chances of appearance, but also to guide the player in his choices.
We had planned, following many requests, to redo the interface of choice of items. This one was not very readable. With the new family system, we will redo the interface and make it more accessible and pretty.
This is not the final design, far from it, but an idea of change.
Then, we worked on a new family of items: the "tainted" items.
These are items that will give you an advantage, but also an advantage to the enemies. This will allow you to adjust your game experience a little bit during the game and maybe access new ways to play.
We have added a new game mode: the endless mode. A classic of the genre. For the moment, it is accessed from the map selection. There are no prerequisites to unlock it and it will allow you to go beyond the limits of the game (RIP framerate).
There are also nomenclature changes, like the term "elemental" which becomes "magic".

It's been a few days since we last updated the site, about a week.
I'm making this little post to tell you what's going on internally.
We are currently working on the EA - 0.2 version
The main point of this update is the implementation of the first bosses.
At the time of this post, we have 4 new bosses in game and we keep the current one. We don't intend to put any more for this update and can put some later.
The number of boss designs on paper is 16. That doesn't mean that all of them will be in the final game, but it's just to give you an idea.
Next to that we made 7 items with upgrades. 5 are new items and 2 are reworks of existing items: 3 items for physical builds and 4 items for elemental builds.
Our goal is to diversify the ways of playing and the gameplay. We hope to continue this throughout the early access period.
We also want to have items that are a little bit more horizontal between the two types of builds currently in the game. Luck is a big part of the game but it's always nice to have an item that's not as strong but has a way to scale with our build type. And also allow for hybrid builds.
New passive items have also appeared in the game.
Two new characters with their unlocks will also be present in EA 0.2, including a character that is quite nice in its gameplay.
