[Game] - Added achievement for Medal of Honor (Collect all Ranks) - Added achievement for Order of Ho Chi Minh (Collect all Poker Cards) - Fixed crash when picking up a weapon with attached bayonet while player who picks it up does not have bayonet in their inventory - Corrected player head position in loadout to prevent funny eyes [SERVER] - Fixed bug when backblast achievement was awarded for killing any entity behind, not only player - Fixed bug when kill without reloading achievements were not awarded sometimes - Dying from suicide or switching teams does not count to total amount of death statistic and hence does not trigger achievement and ribbon
