Story Mode Improvements


  • Added new Steam Achievements related to Act 5
  • 2-Player support added for Kingdom of Balloons.
  • If youre playing with a single controller, you can now play two player levels by each player being controlled with the buttons on each side of the controller. This is especially useful to play 2P levels on devices like the Steam Deck.
  • While in menus, un-focusing the game window will mute game audio.
  • Playing Rhythm Weightlifter now shows as a Discord status

Bug Fixes


  • X-1 is now unlocked after beating 5-X instead of 1-XN
  • Fixed various graphical glitches.
  • Improved macOS controller support.

Level Editor Bug Fixes and Improvements


  • Settings Menu is available right from the Level Editors main menu.
  • Added a preview for event duration on the timeline.
  • Timeline height is now remembered between sessions.
  • Brightness/Contrast/Saturation VFX Presets will now disable properly.
  • "Show Rooms Horizontally" now scrubs properly.
  • Sound selection now has an Edit option (you can also toggle between dropdown and edit with right-click)
  • Fixed room selection for some VFX Presets.
  • You can specify a room for the Show Dialog event.
  • Various fixes related to the "Matrix" VFX preset.
  • Improved the behavior of many events when scrubbing.
  • Various UI improvements.

Rhythm Doctor is a rhythm game in a world where defibrillating patients' hearts in sync with their heartbeats has healing properties. Slam your spacebar in perfect time on the 7th beat, and they might just come out okay. But beware - every patient has unique illnesses based on complex music theory: polyrhythms, hemiolas, irregular time signatures...if you don't know what they mean, don't worry. Rhythm Doctor is designed to make you learn music and rhythm theory without even realising it!

  • 20+ handmade levels, each with their own story.
  • Every level introduces a different concept of rhythm theory in an accessible way
  • A large cast of doctors and patients feature in an overarching, character-centric storyline
  • Play the story solo or grab a friend for drop-in drop-out local multiplayer throughout the whole campaign!
  • Robust level editor to make, share, and play community levels! Use your own music, place notes snapped to the beat, and use 50+ different visual effects and backgrounds
  • Challenging "Night Shift" versions of each level for the brave

(Note: 2P mode only works locally. Online 2P via Remote Play is enabled for this game, but it does not work that well right now due to varying latency)
