Tourney Mode (Alpha) Were thrilled to introduce Tourney Mode - a new system designed to simplify tournament hosting! While its still in its early stages, heres what you can expect: Easy Tournament Creation: Select from the Mini Royale gamemode with Solo, Duo, or Trio options. Predefined Teams: Tournament organizers can set up teams in advance. The time where you had to create a party previously is over :) Player-Friendly Interface: Players will automatically see if theyre in a tournament and can seamlessly join pending games. Automated Tracking: Team scores, placements, and key stats are automatically tracked for you. This is just the beginning - we have big plans for more features and customization options to make tournaments even better. Server Performance Over the last months we worked on a new system on how the game servers work. This means the current 30 Soldiers lobbies will run smoother and we have potential for far bigger lobbies now (will be important for future updates :) ). Server Deployment Weve also made significant changes to our server setup. As a small team of three developers with no prior experience launching multiplayer games, we initially hosted everything on a single cloud provider. However, weve taken a big step forward now: Enhanced Server Flexibility: Our server now runs on a more versatile system, allowing us to host it everywhere. Cost Efficiency: This shift means cheaper, more independent servers to reliably support our player base. Scalability: During surges of new players, we can still leverage the cloud to handle the load. We are gonna test the new system this weekend - so if you experience any troubles let us know. as some of you may already know, we will participate in the Steam Next Fest starting on 14th. This means that the new Demo build will be available on our Steam Page now and the official Servers will be open for at least 10 Days.
The Playtest build will not be available anymore.
The new Gamemode Color Conquest is a more casual mode. It is enabled now!
We will continue to update the Game prior to Next Fest so everything is smooth when it starts.
Patch notes:
New Gamemode
- Color Conquest: It's a much more casual and free-flowing (Team-Deathmatch like) Gamemode, where 4 Teams with different colors will have to eliminate each other. By killing a player from another team, this player will be transferred to your team and will be redeployed from the corresponding Team Blimp.
- Reworked how the sensitivity is displayed. We removed the internal multipliers for the different scope stats (reddot, 2x etc). That means the same setting from previous builds lead to different sensitivities!
- Bots IQ has been improved by 9000. They can shoot, heal, follow the team and much more.
- Hipfire inaccuracy between Assault Rifles and Machine Pistols has been reworked. MPs should be better for close range and ARs for mid to long range
- Fixed bug where you could shoot faster by swapping weapons
- New Gamemode UI
- Also partly reworked Mini Royale ingame UI - this is still WIP
- Performance
- Improved rendering time for the entire map
- Worked on the impact on performance when in heavy fight scenes or similar
- Also added the new gamemode to the custom games creation. We will provide more options for that in the future!
- Upgraded Epic Online Service version. This should include several stability fixes.
- Fixed ingame Player Ticketing system
- Fixed Font for some Languages

Having received numerous requests for longer testing periods, we are now able to provide them. Here are the key infos: Start: Sunday, 17th of July at 4PM CET End: Monday, 25th of July at 9AM CET SOLO, DUO, and SQUAD are the available game modes. There will only be one mode active at a time, resulting in a shorter queue time. The first day will be Solo, followed by DUO and Squad. We will then iterate through all modes again. In Mini Royale, up to 50 toy soldiers fight for victory. It is set in a child's room from a rather unusual perspective, full of exciting things to discover, as well as weapons and equipment to help you stand out.
Each player starts from a Zeppelin that flies through a children's room. Consider your options carefully before jumping off. The next step is to find weapons and equipment. Zones define where players have to move during a round. One thing is certain, there can only be one winner in the end.
Features:
- 10 unique weapons with different attachments, as well as grenades and med's.
- A grappling hook with which higher levels and areas such as a shelf or a box can be reached, as well as advantageous positions for long weapons
- A zipline that allows you to cover greater distances on the map
- An elevated platform that allows you to move up to higher positions
- A vending machine where you can buy equipment in exchange for currency
- A machine where you can upgrade your weapon levels for currency.

Game modes:
Experience Mini Royale alone in SINGLE, DUO or SQUAD mode. There are a number of respawns available to players or teams. Eliminating other players can restore respawns.
