We've just released 0.46:
- Added a tutorial. Let us know what you think in the feedback form!
- Added a patch note screen
- Improved weapon and item effects and sounds
- Added VP multiplier to combos. 20 combo = 2x VP multiplier, etc.
- Also tuned VP earning rate
- Spikeheads are less annoying and wont hit you from behind as much
