Chapters, Achievements, and More

With less than a month to go before launch, I've been wrapping up design and development for chapter one of Dreaming Isles. Along with some final gameplay functionality, I've implemented Steam achievements and Steam screenshot functionality. From here until launch I'll be playtesting and bug fixing to the best of my abilities. I'm sure there will be bugs post-launch (what game has ever launched without any?), but I'll do my best to find and squash as many as I can. Soon after launch I'll begin working on Chapter Two's content. A storm has cast you onto unfamiliar shores. The soil appears rich for farming and the winds are strong for sailing, but something isn't quite right... The clans of these islands seem wary and without hope. Years of oppression under a mysterious trade faction have robbed them of their culture and pitted them against one another. With your magic, your sword, and your soil-stained hands, can you unite the clans to throw off the yoke of the Traders? Will you find love? Will you discover your purpose in the Dreaming Isles?
