Die in the Dungeon is a deck-building, turn-based roguelite where your deck is not made out of cards, but DICE!

Each dice represents a different action, from basic ones like attacking or healing, to boosting other dice or copying their abilities. Place dice on your board to unlock their powers, but be careful... not any place will do! The way you arrange your dice on the board will affect how good your turn is. Try to find the best combination while you upgrade your deck and collect new, stronger dice with unique abilities.

Features
- Craft your deck from an ever-growing collection of dice. Every dice has its purpose, with tons of combinations to discover and exploit. On top of that, special properties and upgrades will ensure no single dice feel exactly the same.
- Explore the dungeon and its unwelcoming inhabitants. Forged by strong magic, the walls and floors of the dungeon shift continuously, creating a brand new experience in every run. Thankfully, encounters are not always hostile, but never let your guard down... it’s all a game of risk and reward down here.
- Discover powerful synergies choosing from a myriad of relics. Stack their powers and use them to boost your dice and board slots, multiplying the power of your combinations and becoming unstoppable. But don’t get too greedy, the stronger a relic is, the bigger their drawbacks will affect you and your deck.

Hello everyone!
How are you liking Endless Mode? We\'ve seen some truly wild runs over the past month, props to everyone conquering the ever-increasing difficulty of the loops!
Meanwhile, we\'ve been hard at work across several areas (some we\'ll save for a later post!). Here are a some of the features we can talk about today:
Controller Support is almost ready to graduate from \\[beta]!
Controller play has been cooking on the \\[beta] branch for a while now. After many iterations (and thanks to your continuous feedback!) were putting on the final touches before moving it to the main branch. Here\'s some of the upcoming changes:
A full rework of the Character Select input layout.
[/*]More natural joystick movement on the battle board.
[/*]Multiple fixes to the intro tutorial.
[/*]
Many of you play on the Steam Deck, so were also working on a few Deck-specific improvements: a larger text option and using the Deck\'s native resolution by default. With these changes, we expect to meet the criteria for Steam Deck Verified very soon!
Run History is coming!
If you spotted the new (but disabled) option on the title screen last update, good eye. The Run History section is almost ready!
In this new section, youll be able to review past runs, including deck, relics, score, and other stats. Heres a WIP look at how it\'s looking so far:

UI Cleanup & Better Tooltips
Were making a set of much-needed combat UI tweaks so actions and values are easier to read in the heat of battle. A few examples:
Redesigning Battle UI. By grouping effects into clearer sections (actions vs. external effects), we hope to make it easier to see what\'s happening at a glance.

New Title Cards for each Area. The old, text-only title cards at the beginning of each new area were a little boring, so we decided to update them with bespoke graphics for a more interesting presentation. Here\'s Area 1, quite an improvement!

Of course, there\'s also tons of smaller changes here and there to make interfaces cleaner and easier to read over all, including: redesign modifiers, changes to particles, adjusted tooltips and much more!
That\'s all we can show today, let us know what you think of these upcoming changes and keep an eye on this page for more content coming to Die in the Dungeon pretty soon!
Thank you for playing and happy rolling!
