Improved hints, fixes

  • further improved hints. Now the first shown hint is almost always optimal. Still, hints won't be able to prioritize complex multi-turn solutions in harder games like Fan, Forty Thieves or Yukon
  • hints for less useful moves are now shown later than the hint to deal/redeal in the hints cycle
  • can now define custom paths when creating card sets, backs, backgrounds
  • added option to disable orgasm moans at victory. To play this game as SFW, just disable all moans in audio settings. Also in Setting->Graphics, to the question "Who do you like?" pick the reply "SFW: No nudity please!"
