Standard SFW card sets

  • added "standard" skin which will make the game look like a normal solitaire app. Press Space key to quickly switch to it in emergency
  • in minigames, all actions now happen on mouse down instead of on click, for faster play
  • custom card set atlases can now be of any size, though proper size is still best to avoid skewing
