Videos after victory, fixes

  • you can now specify custom videos to play fullscreen after victory;
  • when you open UI dialogs, the game now pauses;
  • improved panic mode logic: second Space press will get you back to the theme you had before; if you're already in "standard" theme, Space will just reset to the default Vegas card set
  • minor fixes
