Hello Adventurers!
We took the past months to test new waters, plan ahead, and do some experimentation for Halls of Torment. Now that the path is clear and the development is in full swing, wed like to give you an update about where we are and what is coming.
New Free Update - Bardcore
While working on the release of Halls of Torment, weve had a vision for a character that should be part of the base game. But back then the workload was simply too high and we decided to add this specific character in a later update. Since then, weve continued our work and well soon be ready to release the character with six unique abilities and some additional content.
Well share more details about this in a later post. Weve always wanted this character to be a special reward for beating the game (i.e. beating the Lord of Greed in the Vault), and they will finally arrive in a free update later this year!
First DLC - Boglands
Our initial idea of Halls of Torment as a self-contained and rounded experience was very clear and we hadnt put much thought beyond this point. But due to the positive reception and because were still full of ideas, we decided to release additional content packages. The first of which will contain a new stage, the Boglands, and two new characters. Were going to release this as a paid DLC alongside the above-mentioned big free update later this year.

As teased several times before, we are working on console versions of Halls of Torment. Its finally confirmed to be a thing and we are aiming to bring the game to Xbox and Playstation within this year.
