Cleaned up the storyline page
Child promotions no longer need an owner - owner will be assigned as the parent promotion
Fixed bug when adding tag team to booking
Fixed bug when network availability was set for a region that no longer existed

Fixed bug involving refusing to lose to someone whose storyline just ended
Fixed bug on View Network Deals button
