Update Notes Nov 19th - Improved Game Editing Experience!

Merged all promotion-specific screens (except Titles - that will probably come soon) into the Promotions screen, so you can edit everything in a single location! I will probably make a few more tweaks to the editor as time goes by, to try to make it as simple to use as possible.
