ArcRacer is a fast-paced, aggressive, and stylistic anti-gravity racer. Small Update

This is a small update to address some input oversights and bugs.

Broke out separate steering/pitch actions to let them be bound to truly anything.
F11 actually toggles fullscreen now.
And some other assorted glitches.
