Changes:


  • LINUX compatibility fix of Unity engine code *crosses fingers*. This "should" address the following:

    • Avatars don’t idle. Stuck in walking animation.

    • Movement breaks when casting various skills while running.

    • Dying snaps avatars to incorrect position within a scene. Will eventually crash.

    • Using Coconuts in select scenes (like Aerie) will throw the avatar out of boundaries. Will eventually crash.

    • Taking screenshots crashes the client



  • Fixed various exceptions and error messages

  • Increased the focus cost of chain lightning.

  • Juggle emotes now synched properly when viewed by other players

  • Adjusted weather data to increase likelihood of storms (not sure if it worked though...)

  • Fix materials on Pipe LODs

  • Fixed some Castle Walls not clearing trees properly. Also increase footprint of deco items that clear trees.

  • Polish pass on visuals for the Magic Mirror

  • Wands, Staff now count as Bludgeons for skills prereq use

  • Fixed Enchantments for Wands, Staves, Rings, and Necklaces

  • Fixed Fireworks Boxes

  • Added more Gem Enchantments (as listed in R32 Instructions)

  • Added Crown Merchant that sells Concept Art paintings, tapestries

  • Added wall art to decoration merchant

  • New Crafting Recipes: Greenhouse, Ornate Clockwork Wings, Aviator Cap, Wood pipe, Metal pipe, Clay pipe

  • Removed separate basement merchant from Owlshead, basements are sold with houses everywhere else in game

  • Consolidated Owlshead deco merchants, all other deco merchants are single merchants

  • Novia Overworld: Replaced stumps with trees in improperly deforested area. Replaced snow VFX and set all vfx to approprioate culling distances. Added some ambient butterflys

  • Fix for Ardoris castle guards not accepting passwords.

  • Fixed out of order tutorial on Isle of Storms.

  • Made Discovery icon for Solace Bridge boat to Soltown more appropriate.

  • Resolute gates now stay open for 8 seconds instead of 6.

  • Fixed Soltown bard dialog

  • Automatons in Soltown properly show title when name is learned.

  • NPCs will now perform more animations correctly.

  • Updated minimaps for all existing POT templates and added overhead maps for those that were missing; Edited Mapzone areas to correct player tracking within POT scenes

  • Fixed bug where death animations would replay if they had occured initially off camera

  • Fixed bark sound for dogs

  • Fixed lip curl on female combat animations

  • Added jog to help with dog animation transitions.

  • Fixed issue causing bows to bend unnaturally when attacking

  • Fixed alignment of hoe on farming animations.

  • Fixed neck distortion on male/female 2h weapon attacks.

  • Updated Door Sound on OracleConfirmitory.

  • Updated sounds of human NPC misery (cries, coughs, etc.)

  • Fix for Isle of Storms Arabella's blinking issues

  • Fix for pot belly on Elder Elven chest armor

  • Fix for chain mail helmets appearing black

  • Fix for all masks and hoods that were blinking with avatar's eyes

  • North Ravenswood (HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier3): Moved skeleton spawning near (-190.3, 34.5, -169.6) to one side so it doesn't spawn in a tree.

  • In-game Known Issues/Player Events books updated for R32

  • Fixed "sooty" bottom on Fancy Riding Outfit

  • Soltown Catacombs (Soltown Sewers): Moved floating torch near (-142.8, 25.0, 34.8) to nearby wall.

  • The Epitaph: Reduced leash for Albino Troll so he doesn't walk under the surrounding balconies.

  • Fixed clipping issues in the Epitath where you could see through to the sky

  • Fixed Female Chain-mail quarter armor Chest Piece sorting issues

  • The Clink: Added a climbable vine with a very small interaction range at the top of the "jumping puzzle" that players use to exit Myron's pit.

  • Fixed sorting issues with Male Cloth Tunic

  • Fixed broken beds in Soltown

  • Solace Bridge: Adjusted stairs at (35.2, 34.4, -58.3) so players don't have to jump to exit the pit.

  • Xenos: Fixed broken NPCs in the amphitheatre

  • Insanely loud annoying singing doors in Brittany Fields fixed

  • Graff Gem Mines and Serpent's Spine Mines: Added natural steps at various points to allow easier NPC access between ground and water.

  • Brittany Wharfs: Cow staying put on stage generally.

  • Central Brittany:

    • Fixed various terrain and terrain texture issues.

    • Opened up the Secret Passage to Brittany Wharfs.

    • Decorated some of the previously empty NPC buildings.

    • Moved hanging lantern near (90.2, 44.7, 425.9) to a nearby wall.

    • Added wagons to Novia by the Alleys, Fields, Graveyard, and Wharfs gates.

    • Added balloon to Novia by the Estates gate. Added boat to Novia at the docks.

    • Moved cow near "hill" at (495.6, 30.8, 32.0) to be inside the nearby stables.



  • Spite: Polish to Mortuarium and added ground fog

  • Soltown: Moved a floating bottle at (53.9, 32.1, 142.2) to rest on the ground.

  • Fixed strange polygon in roof curl on Kobold style town home.

  • Unique names for starting potions/scrolls/kits to prevent confusion

  • Fixing bad stair collision in Rustic Village House (used in Solace Bridge

  • Adding collision to the underside of balcony in the Chamber of Souls in the Epitatch so you can't see through it

  • Oracle voice in Isle of Storms now plays when players type "hello" vs being triggered on entering the confirmator

  • POT Lions of Amore: Added overworld access. Interconnection (removed POT Serenite).

  • Fixed bad collision on walls in Hilt Fortress

  • Fixed some tearing and sorting issues with Cloth Tunic while dancing

  • Immortality Fruit and Royal Elderberry plants updated to be no-trade and protected from ransom. I also added a client-side enhancement to notify users more quickly about why some planter boxes can not be traded.

  • Cleaned up POT Homes merchant, made sure still selling basements

  • Kobold Town House secret door fix

  • North Ravenswood: Lifted areas of Terrain to prevent water plane clipping.

  • Fixed issues with the VFX of the Oracle watcher scan

  • POT Oasis & POT Liberty: Changed location of both POTs

  • Xenos: Fixed overlapping Row Houses and invisible water lots

  • Disable start in overworld until tutorial finished

  • Spite: Terrain bugs and grass inside NPC Buildings.

  • Blood River Massacre: Fixed broken crate

  • Novia Overworld: Improved collision for the southern coast of Spindrift Bay, Elad's Island. Also, the river near PaxLair.

  • Move NPCs to thier goal on schedules fix

  • Crafting stations now display socketing recipe success and fixed an issue where recipes would not show if they are lower than the required level

  • Make sure loading screen is fully shown before continuing load

  • Fix full screen toggle not updating correctly on use

  • Fixed title display for merchant automaton in Soltown.


Known Issues:

  • Some items listed in the R32 instructions are not in the game yet including:

    • Merchant inventory overhauls for POT Merchants

    • New Recipes

    • New Enchantments

    • New Juggles

    • Blood Reliquary Bundles

    • Expert Crafting Station balance

    • Wings



  • Using the Mirror on Isle of Storms can crash sometimes

  • Ice Field slows caster as well as target in PVP

  • Bloom can't be disabled

  • Armor Set Bonuses not working

  • Novia Overworld rework has introduced various stuck spots, incorrect collision and "exit into the air" issues

  • Some UI text is not wrapping correctly

  • Rain is coming through the roof of some buildings

  • The new Targeting system still has various issues that need fixing

  • Stability: The latest version of Unity we are using has introduced significant stability issues along with memory leaks. We are working with Unity to resolve these as quickly as we can

  • Pathfinding is breaking in some houses and basements

  • Local chat is failing in some situations

  • Many SFX are not properly tied to the sound volume controls.

  • Lighting and fog levels are still being tuned to work with the new weather system, expect anomalies

  • Death and Resurrection do not work properly in the team arena

  • Water lots in Dynamic Player Owned Towns can currently only be placed along shorelines, not on docks

  • If your video drivers are out of date characters will appear as if they are covered in triangles.

  • Some cities are experiencing performance spikes

  • Some pledge, add on, and stretch goal items have not yet been built and/or do not yet have tech support.

  • The update to Unity 5 caused a host of general texture and lighting related issues, and not all of these have been resolved.

  • Distant tree billboards may have a white outline that is especially noticeable at night, and some trees may shimmer with white at night.

  • Skin tone will sometimes not match properly on different parts of the body

  • ALT key can no longer be bound. This was necessary to re-enable quick self cast with ALT
