Updates


  • Fixed an issue where buffs and resistances were using incorrect values in some cases.

  • Fixed visible seams on blanket horse textures.

  • Removed incorrect quest visual cue from Abigail in Soltown.

  • Fixed the description on Eagle Eye modifier.

  • Torpor will now correctly grant damage avoidance during the root portion of the spell.

  • The Hacked Oracle Eye pets is no longer invisible when placed or summoned.

  • Fixed Virtue Armors rewarded to players with low durability.

  • Fixed an issue where unarmed free attacks would not start charging.

  • Lightning will now also include a -10 air resistance effect on each hit.

  • Corrected a typo in the "Secret Understorm Note" letter in Understorm Gold Mine.

  • The "My Dearest Sada" letter in Lost Whiteguard Silver Mine can now be destroyed if desired.

  • Devotional caretakers will no longer mistakenly inform players that they spoke about Honesty with someone in Fortus End.

Known Issues

  • Elysian Illumination and Soothing Rain have the potential to break and cause rapidly deteriorating performance in large groups.

  • Elements of tree curtains used in many scenes will appear to be rendered black.

  • Dazzling Rays, and other caster-based AOE spells, have difficulty hitting nearby enemies in confined spaces (like narrow hallways)

  • The animation for "kicking something open" puts away weapons and torches.

  • Death Shield does not mitigate damage from critical hits

  • Combat resistances may not be applying as expected - notably against Fire Mages in The Rise

  • The crafting window does not have proper messaging to indicate when a tool is broken, and will simply say that there is no recipe found.

  • Dynamically spawned NPCs may have delayed spawn in scenes that are dense with player homes and decorations.

  • Overworld map terrain may appear missing or flattened in areas for Windows 10 users. Playing in Windows 8 compatibility mode may fix this.

  • Skill values will appear to carry over between accounts on the same client.

  • Ring of Cuttlekin turns avatar skin grey instead of translucent.

  • Pets cannot follow players onto moving platforms.

  • Hitching may occur when using UI windows like “Options” or “DeckBuilder”

  • Phonograph audio cannot be heard if approached while it is already playing.

  • Logging off will not clear previous party associations. UI will show previous party members.

  • If an item’s name is in Runic, its flag as “Private Property” will also appear in Runic.

  • Players with Tenant permissions on a Lot cannot place their own Player Vendors.

  • When a client first logs in as a trial visitor then relogs as a full account, many Trial permissions will still be present (inability to trade) until the client is restarted.

  • The Piercing Breeze combo ability does not do damage to Dragons as expected.

  • When a party member dies while targeted, the target focus is reset.

  • When moving NPC Buildings, it’s possible to crash the client by overlapping structures/boundaries during placement.

  • Chat content from one account may be visible by a second account if logged in from the same client.

  • It is currently difficult to find harvest resources in scenes with the Surveying skill. This will be revisited after a VFX review of this system.

  • Deleting a character will reset the local settings for the entire client. Other accounts, or offline/online characters will also have their settings reset.

  • Some decorations placed in basements may shift through walls and end up in inaccessible locations.

  • Chaotic Clone is not distracting enemies.

  • Some scene instances may be bugged in which it is easy for players to fall through the ground. An existing workaround is to reload the scene.

  • Players may be unable to interact with objects via double-click if their framerate is poor. A workaround is to use the “E” interaction key.

  • Some spell VFX do not play properly

  • Some textures may look incorrect due to optimizations (white, black, pink, low resolution, pixelated, etc.)

  • Water lots in Dynamic Player Owned Towns can currently only be placed along shorelines, not on docks

  • Some pledge, add on, and stretch goal items have not yet been built and/or do not yet have tech support.

  • Cabalist hoods now can be masterworked and enchanted.

  • Fixed a breakable barrier in Understorm Gold Mine that wasn't functioning.

  • Edited pond water and terrain underneath in Solace Bridge Outskirts which improves its appearance.

  • Returning to combat idle animations no longer interrupts preexisting charged attacks.

  • Changed interconnection with Formosa from via wagons to via boats in Player Owned Town Light City.

  • Players now play fidget animations properly while sitting in a chair.

  • Fixed incorrect icons for ornate garlands.

  • Purify now has updated VFX.

  • Fixed scale of dragons.

  • The task for the Page of Pride in Path of the Oracle is now correctly cleared when the page is recovered.

  • Fixed sand elementals death animation.

  • Fixed an issue where Heavy precipitation was not showing rain.

  • Pushed exit volume in Storm's Reach farther back so it wouldn't place you back into Understorm Gold Mine as you tried to zone in.

  • Deleted a tree encroaching on fallen tree bridge in Blood River Outskirts.

  • Fixed an issue where 2017 Yule Card rendered as transparent black when placed upside down.

  • Fixed several swords that were not able to be placed as decorations.

  • Fixed lich being able to use death magic without needing LOS.

  • Fixed colliders on 2017 Yule Gift Boxes.

  • Made the Staff of Anarchy useable as a decoration.

  • Lighting fixes in Kiln Cistern.

  • Regenerated the conversation for Elon the devotional caretaker in Fortus End to help with his "goodbye" response.
